Chase did great. , Although not much to do because the pool was done yesterday. I returned both Arrival texts that said that he was on the way. I Texted the message to where it came from that he would not be . would not be required. The guys did the pool yesterday. I wish there was a way your system could’ve alerted Chase for this that he didn’t needed to stop. Thankfully, I have his personal cell now I won’t have to deal with the system that seems to be behind.

Alejandro is great. CK pools is super communicative. They let you know when they are coming, they come at the same time every week, they remind you to put the dogs in, and they finish with a report with pictures and data. They keep a track of all your services you’ve had and make recommendations based on that. I love them so much more than our previous pool company. Our pool has not been green since we switched and we have not had to shock it/drain it this year, saving money.

CK pools has done an excellent job since taking over from Blue Osias. Anderson is absolutely the best!!!!

I started using CK pools after my pump went out a last year. They were quick to respond and the service has been phenomenal since. We agreed on some much needed maintenance at the start of this season and now the pool looks better than it has in 4 years! They’re incredibly easy to get ahold of and prompt with the work agreed upon.

CK Pools just took over for Anomaly Pools and, so far, no changes. Jose is always thorough.

Outstanding service and communication! From my initial phone call to my completed service I was taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. I thought my pool pump burned up and called in for service. I was talked through the process of how they would troubleshoot my problem and then repair or replace my pump. Pricing was completely disclosed up front leaving no surprises and that was great. Clayton, the tech showed up and was very professional, clean and fast. He knew exactly how to troubleshoot and attempt the cheapest fix FIRST, before replacement and I really appreciated that. We wound up replacing the pump and motor. He programmed it into my Hayward system and everything worked perfectly. He even cleaned every bit of debris away from the job so everything was clean when he left. What a GREAT experience. Working with a company like CK Pools that understands the VALUE of service was a very pleasant experience. I now have them on my speed dial for ALL my future pool repairs.

Anil and his whole approach was very professional and enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of getting my pool cleaned up and ready for the summer!
