The service person, David sent a text the night before to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. I didn't see the text until almost 10 pm. I texted saying yes, and he responded! He came on time. He was very professional and courteous. The owner spoke with me to address financing. The tech showed me pictures along the way. This is EXCELLENT service. I will never use any other company for duct cleaning. Getting the microbe and mildew service is worth the cost. Right side pics before, left side after. He even fixed a torn duct!

Not all heroes wear capes—some carry chimney brushes! These guys are pros. Did a fantastic cleaning job on our older brick chimney and pointed out some mortar that might need attention in a year or two. Honest and skilled.

After a bad experience with another company, Reliant restored my faith. They were honest, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and just did a great, honest cleaning.

Promised a $90 “regular cleaning” since our neighbors scheduled him as a group. Came out and told everyone we needed a $400 deep clean, claiming imminent safety issues when some of us have our chimneys swept regularly. We did not trust what the technician said and sent him away. Chimney Doctor TX will do a cleaning for $165 plus tax, no bait and switch.
