Janitorial reviews in Grapevine, Texas

Muy buena la atención y el trabajo con mis taxas me encanto!

Great facility service company!

Very friendly, worth my time.

Excellent company with very kind staff!

Disgusting company. Never used clean rags or mops. Had their people cleaning restrooms without gloves. They don't care for their own people's health and safety.

They made coming to fill out application so nice.good attitudes at the front desk very helpful

Super professional and great service! Bruce and Regina are true gems!!

Whitlock did a great job cleaning our indoor playground. It shines now!

Best customer service I've ever experienced! Our house has never looked better. Would definitely recommend.

Operators were polite and professional. Estimate was based on square feet and fairly quoted. 10:10 would recommend.

You guys always do an awesome job helping us with our deep cleaning. Keep up the great work!

Couldn’t have asked for better results especially with such a quick turn around!!

I recently added a section to my home. Dealing with the post construction was not something I was interested in dealing with. Whitlock Cleaning Services provided an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone. 10 stars if I could!

I awarded my janitorial services at Levy and Son Commercial Air Conditioning a little over 1 year ago. Whitlock Cleaning Services is bar none, one of the top janitorial service companies in the DFW Market. I am delighted to hear that they are expanding some of their services beyond janitorial services in the coming year as well.

We brought them in to service our Southlake Providence Title office over a year ago due to an ongoing issue with our prior cleaning service. We have been and continue to be EXTREMELY happy with the service not only for the great job that is done weekly, but the professionalism and communication they exhibit. Whenever we have a question or comment, they are ON it without delay. They are a true partner with us and if you need a company that takes ownership of their work, this is the company you need.

quality humans running a great family owned business. Very professional and on point with every thing they do. Quick to respond and work in a very timely fashion - for your building services in the DFW area there is no other company to go with - this team is the best

Our company has worked with Whitlock Building Services on many projects and this a company that you can trust through the completion of the project. They are commendable in their quality and are great at developing a personable relationship with their clients. Our company recommends Whitlock to any company, large or small.

Let's preface this with, "I work in a FOOD distribution warehouse that is 1.5M sq ft". Whitlock came into our warehouse Nov 1. Never have I seen such a drastic change! The floors are shiny, the break room is ALWAYS clean and the bathrooms are constantly disinfected and cleaned! Such amazing attention to detail on the warehouse floor and in a quality audit, we were commended on how clean the warehouse and between the racks looked. Completely blown away by the staff and supervisors and how much they care about us as a client and our needs. Once a week at least I am asked if something can be better - but how can you improve on such great service! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Whitlock!

Professionally Family run business that never disappoints. They take care of my large high rise 7 days a week and I’ve recommended them to plenty of my friends that still use them to this day. Bruce jr has been taking care of my account for awhile now. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, I highly recommend them

Bruce and his team are top notch! I’ve used them for a couple of years now as a commercial construction and final clean service, on large commercial projects both exterior and interior. The Whitlock team have always been incredibly responsive and thorough from start to finish; with the flexibility to adjust their approach and staffing to each phase of the process.
