These folks were great. Our hot water heater flooded and we needed a timely replacement as we had sold the house and needed to move out. We had to pay for the home warranty for the new buyers and attempted to go through the old Republic warranty company for service. Big mistake. After holding on the phone for 50 minutes each and being denied rightful service and every time and dealing with multiple worthless plumbing company’s like Black Tie and SWAT dispatched to our house to offer no service we finally decided to go with a real pro and get it done right. We got a quality product done quickly
And in a timely fashion. Can’t recommend this company enough.

THANK YOU FOR SAVING US TODAY!!!!! We drove 30 minutes away just to use a handicapped accessible bathroom last night so I could take my wheelchair in. Y'all got here and saved the day today, you made this handicapped gal so thankful we didn't have to make the run again today.

We heard running water that sounded like it was in the bathroom but we could not locate a leak. We turned off all of the water and found the meter was still showing a leak somewhere. I isolated the leak to the hot water line when I turned off the hot water the sound stopped. We waited a day or so to see if we could locate the leak when we felt the tiles in front of the bathroom sink were very warm which confirmed our suspicions that we likely had a slab leak.

I called 5 different plumber (3 neighbor referrals, 2 random picks) the price ranged from $3000 to $1200 for the slab leak alone assuming no complications. Curt (The Plumber) was one of the random picks I chose based upon Google and Angies List reviews. Curt was also the only one that could get to me the next day as the others were days or in some cases a week + out from being able to address our issue.

Curt quoted me over the phone and I liked his straight forward manner and detailed explanation of what was likely to be the case including the price range (again dependent on difficulty). After receiving his quote for the slab leak I asked to add on a new water heater and he offered me a better deal for the entire package. He was not the cheapest but I was far more confident with his responses and the reviews I had access to.

Curt was at my house at 9am the next day along with his business partner and he quickly assessed what the issue was and began the process of isolating the leak. He took several hours to identify the leak location and used a multitude of location methods to ensure he hit the mark the first time. I was extremely appreciative of his thoroughness and extra time in this regard so as to only dig one hole in my slab as I have heard many horror stories of plumbers have multiple misses when identifying a slab leak so I thought it was great he took so many precautions to ensure he hit the mark the first time. Curt also took the time to find the least destructive and invasive location to access and fix the leak which was also luck of the draw in terms of where it ended up but it was perfect all things considered.

Once Curt validated and re-validated the leak location he brought in the jackhammer and secured an area to minimize dust and opened up a 2 x 2 foot hole in the concrete under the carpet in the corner of the room. This was 15-20 minutes of crazy noise but again it was quick and a necessary step in the process. Once he uncovered the hole he quickly found the leak which just so happened to be at a spot that was obviously hit by a shovel or something when the house was originally built and over the course of many years the hot water wore a hole where the dent in the copper was. Curt and his partner quickly dug out the hole and cut out the bad piece of copper and began the repair. Curt even used a more expensive sealing sauder to make the fix even stronger than the original copper piece. Curt did a very impressive job in a very narrow working space and avoiding damaging my wood floors or bathroom tiles. After the soldering was completed he called the city to inspect both the slab fix and the water heater he installed afterwards.

The city came out and approved the slab leak and had one minor correction on the water heater which Curt quickly remedied. Curt filled in the hole in the slab (life time guarantee on his work) and our new pipe and water heater (7 year guarantee by Curt) were up and running by 5pm the same day. I also went with his recommendation on water heater and so far we are very satisfied and regret not having replaced the water heater years ago as it has made a tremendous difference in the available hot water even though it is still the same size water heater.

Curt and his partner were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through each step along with potential problems and options throughout the process but in the end he nailed the fix the first time.

We will definitely use Curt (The Plumber) for any of our future plumbing needs.

Five stars all the way for Curt and his team! I had a near-disaster with a leaky water heater, and Curt was able to get me sorted out the same day. It is abundantly clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and took extra time to walk me through some of the details that certainly sets his work apart from the competition.

There were no mysteries about the price of materials, the labor, etc. And best of all -- Curt matched the parts warranty with a full warranty of his labor. The guys who showed up for my plunged bathroom sinks were experts. They explained their process thoroughly, provided some preventative maintenance going forward, cleaned up, and even applied some extra glue to the existing under-sink pipes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, would definitely do business again.

Nate and James came in the house. Looked at was going on under the sink and replaced all the pipes, and installed my new garbage disposal for us. They were efficient and friendly. Very cost effective. I highly recommend them!!

After reading the reviews on Google and Nextdoor; contacted "The Plumber" and fortunately Curt was able to come by the same day. He arrived 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Our kitchen sink was clogged; Curt explained why my clearing the clog out probably didn't last and immediately started working on the issue. He explained how the pipes were typically laid out the reason why the drain would possibly keep having issues. He cleared the clog completely and guaranteed his work. Bonus; Curt is a great guy; polite and courteous. Glad to have found "The Plumber" and will call again if having any issues or need any plumbing work performed.

Absolutely AMAZING! Had a clog in our mainline that wouldn’t budge even with a 50ft auger. After hours of trying, we called The Plumber and he had us back in business in no time. What a great experience! I called him on Father's Day, yes...Father's Day! We had a leak that forced us to shut off water to the entire house. He was here less than 2 hours later, fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price, gave us some great advice on floor contractors and was gone! I will use him again and again and refer him to anyone I know. Great plumber!

Called with leaky fawcetts outside, they were 33 years old. Made appt and he showed up, charged less than quoted and fixed great. I am tough to please and he is getting a 5 star rating. Had to go through brick and fixed beautifully. You should call!!!

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets. We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday. That company, however, gave us "The Plumber's" info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak... He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then. He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break ONE 17" Travertine tile to fix it! Amazing!!! He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well. He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber. Highly Recommended!

Five star service by James and Nate. These gentlemen came to my home due to a leak in the laundry room. I was certain that it was a slab leak but after careful troubleshooting they found the AC condensation line was improperly installed. They fixed this issue and two others promptly. I'm hesitant at times to write reviews but this company is top notch. If you need plumbing work do yourself a favor and call this company. They do the job right and will take care of you.

Kurt is the best Plumber I have ever dealt with. He is honest and fair. The first time I used him was to unplugged toilet. Because of trees, I had different people out 2-3 times a year. Kurt came out and cleaned the pipes and I have not had to have them done again in 3 years. I then got estimates for hot water heater -- another plumber gave a price and I thought it was high - I called Kurt and got a price that was 1/3 the amount. Finally - I am upgrading my bathroom and he gave me a price that was more than reasonable. He takes a personal interest in his regular customers and cares. I have found my plumber as long as he is in the business. I won't make the mistake of calling anyone else --every again.
