I had an issue with a bathroom that I had remodeled. Apparently the plumber who did some of the work for me did not do such a good job. There was water coming out from the bottom of the floor board where I had a tub removed.
I reached out to multiple plumbers and received crazy quotes where most of them wanted to dig under the slab to fix the issue.
Matthew from BillyGO shows up for the $249 leak check and not only does he find my leak but fixes. This just proves without a doubt that there are too many companies and individuals that will prey on people who do not know any better. For me, I will use BillyGO again for any future plumbing work. Great company, great customer service, and great everything.

Carlos Peza was awesome! Fixed the issue and was very sweet! Told me what to use and how to prevent it in the futures and maintain the disposal and drain. Highly recommend!

Highly impressed with billyGO air! I got the pleasure of dealing with our technician Troy. His communication was on point since we started; from setting up an appointment, to being able to track his actual time of arrival. Troy was thorough with reviewing the the issue and explaining the solutions to consider. On time, great communication, very knowledgeable and friendly. I think I found my new AC and Plumbing source. ANDRES Rodriguez came out on a Sunday night and fixed our major plumbing problem. He was nice and knowledgeable. The price was very fair. We are very pleased and will use them again.

Very professional and thorough. Installed multiple shut off valves and couplers to ease future maintenance. They addressed all concerns and were able to perform the diagnosis and repairs the same day.

Jordan did an excellent job servicing and repairing my air conditioning unit. He was professional, on time, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently, and my A/C has been running perfectly since.

Jordan did great! He got me up and running after a lightening strike on my house during a holiday week. I haven't given reviews for your guys over almost 10 years, only because I haven't had google til recently.
There has never been anyone from the company that hasn't been Knowledgeable, Informative, Courteous and Helpful, including the Office Staff. That is both HVAC and now Plumbing - installations and repairs. Always!!

We recently had a clog in our home (Hurst) on a Sunday evening that flooded our laundry area and garage. Because we have worked with billyGO before we immediately called them when we knew it was more than just a basic clog. Jerry worked for hours trying to find the issue, giving us updates every step of the way! He never gave up and worked in the dark to find the blockage in hopes to take care of it for us and our home. We are very impressed with Jerry’s work ethic and tenacity to find the problem. We will continue to rely on billyGO for our plumbing needs and thank them for being there for us on such short notice on a weekend! Highly recommend!

Wow, Carlos Peza did an awesome job! He fixed my leaking toilet by removing it and redoing everything underneath, which was quite a mess. He was so careful and neat and cleaned the area when he was done. It looks so much better, and no more leak! I highly recommend Carlos at Billy Go!

My technician was friendly and honest. I felt that he was not trying to upcharge or push sales. He came, looked at the toilet, made his recommendations and got it done. I will recommend Mr. Rodriguez and his company without reservation. I will absolutely use him again.

We dealt with Greg, Isaac, Caleb and Dillon at different times during the project and all 4 did a great job. The job was to determine if there were any leaks in the sewer drains and where they were, then tunneling under the master bath, and replacing the lines to vanities, toilet, tub and shower. Dillon even put a new shower head on for us . All that remains to be done is to get the tunnel filled in. We are pleased with Billy GO’s response and would call them again if needed.

I would like to specifically call out Rhett for coming out and being amazing with analyzing and working with us to determine best solution for replacing our water heater. The technicians Kevin and Manny came and got the water heater installed very quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend and we would definitely use Billy Go for future repairs! They even went out of their way to move some things we had in the way!

Jonathan came to my house today To address my tankless water heaters. When he arrived, the issue had gotten much better however, he was able to explain to me what the problem was and adjustments I needed to make to ensure it did not happen again. He went through all the faucets in my house to make sure they were working properly and gave me reasonable options on things that I could do for other smaller concerns that I had with my plumbing. He was not pushy and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future if I had any issues.

First time using BillyGo and Andres did a great job. Very impressed with his appearance and his approach to the job was perfect. I will ask for him specifically in the future. Plumbers are not cheap but I paid for his knowledge and he certainly seemed to know what he was doing. It is worth something to keep me from having to crawl under a 68 year old house.

Wednesday the 14th Andres came with his equipment ready to determine leak or no leak in the sewer system under our house. A leak did exist. Andres explained the next project needed and presented me opportunity have a crew next day Thursday to locate leaking sections of sewer. Pricing was reasonable. He set the appointment with your home office. 100% pleased with his demeanor, good nature and timely fulfillment of job requirements. Kk-1/14/26
