Reviews of local pros in Grapevine, Texas

I awarded my janitorial services at Levy and Son Commercial Air Conditioning a little over 1 year ago. Whitlock Cleaning Services is bar none, one of the top janitorial service companies in the DFW Market. I am delighted to hear that they are expanding some of their services beyond janitorial services in the coming year as well.

We brought them in to service our Southlake Providence Title office over a year ago due to an ongoing issue with our prior cleaning service. We have been and continue to be EXTREMELY happy with the service not only for the great job that is done weekly, but the professionalism and communication they exhibit. Whenever we have a question or comment, they are ON it without delay. They are a true partner with us and if you need a company that takes ownership of their work, this is the company you need.

quality humans running a great family owned business. Very professional and on point with every thing they do. Quick to respond and work in a very timely fashion - for your building services in the DFW area there is no other company to go with - this team is the best

Our company has worked with Whitlock Building Services on many projects and this a company that you can trust through the completion of the project. They are commendable in their quality and are great at developing a personable relationship with their clients. Our company recommends Whitlock to any company, large or small.

Let's preface this with, "I work in a FOOD distribution warehouse that is 1.5M sq ft". Whitlock came into our warehouse Nov 1. Never have I seen such a drastic change! The floors are shiny, the break room is ALWAYS clean and the bathrooms are constantly disinfected and cleaned! Such amazing attention to detail on the warehouse floor and in a quality audit, we were commended on how clean the warehouse and between the racks looked. Completely blown away by the staff and supervisors and how much they care about us as a client and our needs. Once a week at least I am asked if something can be better - but how can you improve on such great service! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Whitlock!

Professionally Family run business that never disappoints. They take care of my large high rise 7 days a week and I’ve recommended them to plenty of my friends that still use them to this day. Bruce jr has been taking care of my account for awhile now. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, I highly recommend them

Bruce and his team are top notch! I’ve used them for a couple of years now as a commercial construction and final clean service, on large commercial projects both exterior and interior. The Whitlock team have always been incredibly responsive and thorough from start to finish; with the flexibility to adjust their approach and staffing to each phase of the process.

This was am enjoyable experience with a company that cares about their customers and makes sure they do not leave until everybody is satisfied with the work. From the man in the office to The tech that came to my house, it was fabulous. They are now in my favorites folder for next time!

Franco resurfaced our driveway. He was on time, professional, and courteous. The driveway looks brand new now and all the cracks were repaired. I would recommend him.

Great and friendly service. Windows much cleaner after a dusty spring. Prompt and was able to do it same day.

Recently met Franco servicing a neighbor an asked for a quote that turned to be very competitive.
Job was completed next day.
Great communication and very professional

will use him again 👍✨

My windows were very dirty. This was my first time hiring Level Clean. They are my go to for window cleaning now. We have a lot of windows. Did outside only. They did a great job! Reasonably priced for the amount of work involved.

Thank you Franco!

Great service from Franco. Got my Windows cleaned and the final result is top notch. I will deffinetly call you back to clean up my drive way too.

Excellent window cleaning service! The team was punctual, professional, and left my windows spotless inside and out. The house feels so much brighter—highly recommend!

Franco from Level Clean has been the one personally in charge of keeping the windows of my penthouse in Miami spotless. His dedication and attention to detail are evident every time. He makes sure every window is crystal clear. A trustworthy and high-quality service I highly recommend.

I reached out to Franco via text for a power wash quote. He was at our house that afternoon and provided us a quote shortly after and we scheduled for the following week. He arrived early and went straight to work. The transformation of our front steps, sidewalk, patio steps, and garage were truly remarkable. He removed every ounce of algae and green residue from our concrete. We were so impressed that we asked for a quote for him to clean our windows and will be scheduling him to clean our windows next.

Franco did a wonderful job on my windows. It was a pleasure working with him on this project. I will definitely continue to use his services again.

Franco did an outstanding job cleaning and washing my home’s exterior windows. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, prompt, polite, reasonably-priced professional service. My windows are shining and I’m extremely well-pleased! He’s my go-to person from now on!!!
