I would not ever use Ken Parker Hvac again. I have two kids and they did a bad job on my wiring problem. They could have burnt up my house and my kids were in the house. This company has no morals and values. They also do not stand up to their work. I am still waiting for them to fix my heat in the house.

Great service as always. The technician Joshua showed up on time and went right to work. He was knowledgeable his job and very respectful of my property.

KPS sent Will, to do service on my AC, he was professional and courteous, took care of the task he was to do in a timely manner! Great employee representing the company!

Just wanted to Thank Brad from Ken Parker. Did a great job replacing compressor for my ac unit. Very professional.

I filled out a request through their website after hours and they called me the next day and sent out a technician! Brad was very thorough and gave our system some much needed attention. He was very helpful with feedback and answering any questions we had. I look forward to using them again in the future! So far everything seems to be working like it should!

As usual the response and timing from the Ken Parker Service team was great. Jeremy is welcome back any time. It was good to have a fellow U.S. Navy vet in the house taking good care of us.

Moved into older house, was concerned about HVAC performance. Arranged for the technician to come out, excellent job, very customer oriented, on time, friendly, thorough check out and then went over findings with me. I signed up for semi annual maintenance check, I thought reasonably priced. These guys did a great job for me

I have used Ken Parker three times over the last couple of years for a variety of problems and they always come through and save the day. AC recently had a capacitor that went out on a Sunday morning...boom they were there to fix it. Professional-Clean-On time and won’t bill you more than what’s wrong with it. I highly recommend KPS!

I have heard good things about Ken Parker so I called them in my time of need. They allowed me to think they were going to help and then lied after taking days just to get a quote leaving me with a hot house and kids suffering. Sorry to say when times get tough Ken Parker is not who you should call.

Our thermostat went out late on Friday eveing. I contacted Ken Parker Service and they had someone out on Saturday to replace it. The tech was friendly and efficient. He changed out our thermostat, programmed it and was on his way out within 20 miniutes. KPS has the upmost integrity and provides superb customer service. We will forever be Ken Parker Service customers!

Prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable serviceman Jason Kinser made our service call of heat not working. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. I always have great results with Ken Parker Services but this has been my favorite CHRISTIAN serviceman yet!

I just had KPS redo my entire duct system. Honest, informative, on time with no complaints. They had to do more than they initially thought they would need to do BUT they did not complain or ask for more money. They just told me what the snag was and went to work resolving the issue. I would highly recommend KPS for any service work you need. BTW, they left my place cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived.

My experience with Nick McDonald of Ken Parker Servicing was very satisfactory. He was through, professional and listed everything that might be needed in order of priority. He did a superior job.

In the process of buying our home, Ken Parker Services was called out to service one of the units it installed years ago. They provided a receipt stating the unit was working properly. Less then 30 days later we moved in and the unit was not working. We called them back out , after 5 days the technician came out and reported the unit had a hole that leaked all of the freon out. Apparently, this was a known issue with this unit, yet they failed to mention it on the report, so I move in and had to purchase a new unit.

Furthermore, I've called them several times, simply asking how can the unit be functioning properly and then be busted in less then 30 days. While also asking why they would not mention a known issue on their report. To date, I've not received one return call.

JW from Ken Parker Service showed up right on time and was very friendly and informative. He conducted his business in a very professional manor and even installed our Google Nest Thermostat. He was very helpful and explained to us all that he did and the condition of our system. I would recommend Ken Parker Service for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs, especially with employees like JW.
