Guys were very professional and careful in their efforts to remove and install new water heaters.

The men were very nice and patient with me. I had a procedure done on my spine this morning and the showed me care and concern. They did the job in a timely manner and I think they went above and beyond. They explained what the problem was and fixed what they could. I am glad they came up first in my Google search.

From the Office Assistant to the Plumbers, everyone was so nice. I had an emergency, and they arrived quickly, and they solved the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

Texas Pro Plumbing has been our rescue plumbing company for the past 4 years. First, they were the only plumbing company in the lake area to return our call promptly. Once they arrived they were professional, clean and gave us clear information. I have several plumbers in my family, so I knew what to expect from a “good” plumber. We were not disappointed and today’s service was as expected, top notch. Colton and Matt came out a few months ago to inspect for a possible leak. They did a thorough examination and answered all our questions. Today Leo and his helper came out to work on our grinder pump. Leo is always friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to call Texas Pro Plumbing and we recommend them when possible.

Leo and Eric arrived promptly as scheduled. They were very thorough and explained what they were doing. They showed me the camera view as they explored our main drain. They also did the same for all the air stacks in the roof. We had purchased the house a few months ago and wanted a good checkout of everything. They blew out the line from the furnace/air conditioner unit that was causing a gurgling sound at the drain behind the washing machine. They poured water into the line afterwards and we watched the main line with a snake camera. I liked that they tested their work.

The gentlemen came as promised explained what they were needing to do how much it was going to cost and got a agreement prior to doing the work. They got in and out quickly and have no complaints. Good job would recommend them

Wow, all I can say is Texas Plumbing cares about their customers. I was unhappy because their technician was unable to connect to my Wifi hot water heater. The owner of the Texas Plumbing read my review and personally called me. He even came to my house and connected it. Yes, he drove from his city to my city to connect the wifi. He showed me how to use the app so now I know how to read my hot water heater. He even refunded me for the technician visit. Wow, thank you so much Brandon for taking care of me and my needs. I will definitely tell others about your awesome service! Thanks again for caring about your customers.

The business is excellent, came immediately to fix the main line pipe and cleaned up after the huge job and both the men were so polite and did it within very reasonable time.

What a great experience.They were able to fit me in same day. Took every precaution to assure that no water from water heater got on my floor. So professional, from the lady that answered the phone to the gentleman that came to assess situation and give us cost to replace, to the 2 gentlemen that installed new water heater. So very happy that I chose this company.
