I’m bad about giving reviews, but had to on this one. I have a built in refrigerator that went out and it was going to cost us $15,000 to replace! They went out of their way to help us out and were completely honest about our problem and the fix. The repair was a fraction of the cost. Great customer service!

Honest, quick, really reasonable, respectful, and friendly.
My dryer had been out for a month and although I had replaced several broken parts it still wasn't working. Sterling came in and quickly assessed what was wrong and took care of the problem. He was really underpriced for his work, time, and attention. It was a simple thing I missed but he could have taken advantage of a mom of 5. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn't waste my time. You will definitely get sterling service with Sterling. I told my neighbors, friends, and family.... I am out of business cards, so now I just text anyone and everyone his business card. I can't recommend him enough and will definitely use him again.
