My house as left sparkling. 😍😍😍 thanks to LINDA, Becky and all the maids there.

showed up 4 hours late, one worker left after 45 min of arrival, did not complete the cleaning and still charged me $383.20;

I use this service and is was poor service for 250 I was expecting more for my money . Needed someone to deep clean for the holidays and they did a poor job . They didn’t even finish and they had to go to the next job . They only stay two hours a and did everything in a hurry I was very upset 😡

Ladies were 12 min later, only worked for 20 min then left when I was scheduled for a hour and a half. Manager called stating ladies gave her misinformation and was going to send them back, ladies never came back. Never doing business with them again, will look for something else. As a disabled veteran and new customer, I am extremely disappointed.

This is a local small business helping our communities. My family suffered a great deal during the recent flood. We saved a few items but these items were touched by the flood waters. I called You’ve got maids of Harlingen, and they took my concerns and they researched the best solution to disinfect our future. The ladies were professional and proficient. I support this business 1 million percent. Please call them!

Horrible service, I will never ever use them again!!!!
I hired the to clean a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house.
The house has no furniture., they did not have to vacuum or sweep and mop. Just clean a newly painted house and wash the windows inside and out.
Sinks, not clean, windows horrible, stainless steel and brass not polished. Don’t use this company they don’t understand what clean means. I paid $400.00 to get ripped off. Proceed with extreme caution.
They refused to fix the problem. Stay away from this company.!!!!!!! OMG

The girls of You've Got Maids are great! They always listen to what needs to get done and work efficiently in my home and office! I can trust them to come and go as needed when I'm not home. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!

I began using YGMs in 2021. I began with a deep clean and I was very excited about the cleaning.
I continued using their services and still do. They come in for a standard regular cleaning to maintain my house. They even clean my garage! I love how they maintain my dark hardwood floors. I would certainly recommend.

I strongly recommend their cleaning services! My house had been under 6 week construction due to the flood. Becky brought her crew into clean and I was so happy with the outcome. The people were friendly and they did an excellent job of deep cleaning. Becky is the best! Excellent customer service! They get a 5 star from us!

Considering what you get for the money, the price was reasonable and not expensive in my opinion. The 2 individuals who cleaned my house were professional, good communicators, hard-working and best of all personable. I liked it that they interacted with me, asked me questions about how I wanted things done, and pointed out that certain things that they had cleaned were not looking as clean&shiny as they wanted because the item was scratched, stained, or old, etc. I appreciated that they took pride in their work. My kitchen sink and stove were unbelievably sparkly clean when they were done.
This was my first time ever using a cleaning service rather than just hiring an individual. I figured the price would be a bit higher than I was used to because the cleaners weren't independent contractors but in exchange for the higher price, I felt comfortable with the housecleaners since they were backed up by a legitimate business that was bonded. For that peace of mind, the price I paid was completely reasonable. They did as good a job or better than an individual. I had low expectations and they were greatly exceeded because they were thorough and experienced. I liked the fact that they arrived in an "It's Just Maids" vehicle and brought their own supplies and vacuum cleaner, which was appreciated and unexpected. They got the job done and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

During my last cleaning, Jaslynn and her team helped me plan out with the type of cleaning I’d need and was able to schedule me as soon as possible. She helped me out greatly and the cleaning services were amazing!

Very professional 2 maids came and cleaned my house even areas that people seem to over miss. After they were done they asked if everything was done to satisfaction. On time very professional and they did it in a very timely oder as well do recommend
