I'm so glad someone suggested I call Roman's Plumbing when I needed someone to work on my kitchen sink! The office ladies were very helpful when my schedule was rather hectic and the technician who came to my house was friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. They were wonderful! I'm definitely keeping their number in case I need more help in the future.

Great plumber! Phenomenal service. Roman's plumbing will diagnose the problem, recommend solutions, and not try to up-sell a product or service. The staff is pleasant to deal with and very responsive. If you call during business hours and they don't answer, just leave a message. They will call you back very soon. Josh and Jeremy were efficient and straight to their craft while answering all and any of our doubts and questions. They arrived in a timely manner, assessed the situation, and made the necessary repairs. Lastly, they left their work area only after returning everything how they found it and cleaning up any mess that had been made from the work. Very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend to my loved ones.

I had Rotor Rooter come to my home because I had a toilet plugged up. Both gentleman were very professional and very knowledgeable on what the issue was. They explained everything to me on what caused the problem was. I had an idea what the problem was and they just confirmed it. Great job and thank you. 5 stars!

I was told on the phone and by the tech that they wouldn’t charge me for diagnostic if I processed with fixing the issues. Well that was a lie. They mean they won’t charge for tech going out there and will charge $309 just to do diagnostics. All the tech did to fix issue to my water heater was push a reset button. I got charged that much for just pushing a reset button. Also Call office and lady manager there was aggressive and demanding to pay. Very rude, careless, unprofessional. I will never use this company every again. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Trent , was very professional and very polite , answered every question we had , we were very comfortable with his presence,Trent went above and beyond for our repairs to get things done quickly as possible with in an hour .
