STOP!!!! This outfit is the Worst! They cancelled on me the first appointment then never showed on the second. Undependable and lyres. Do NOT use them....

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever used. I called Wednesday and they had availability same day. Great! Until an hour later it was rescheduled for the next day, Thursday. Thursdays appointment time comes and goes so I call for an update. It’s been rescheduled to Friday. Friday I call to check on the appointment and they’re saying it’s been rescheduled to Saturday. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a generator and wanted to install a switch so I could hook the power up directly to the house. I called Arrowhead and setup an appt for 10/26/21 between 9 am & 12 noon. The day came, I took off work and no one ever showed up. Heck no one even tried to call. What a waste. Instead of getting p*ssed I called around and found a solid licensed electrician in my neighborhood. I had the switch installed at my junction box, with another switch at my breaker box where I can select which devices to energize all for $1200. He was on time, he kept his appt and was done in 2 hrs. Arrowhead must have all the business they can take.

Our electrician was phenomenal! He was very professional, knowledgeable and his quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. One of the best we have ever worked with. He was on time, was flexible and listened to our input when we requested changes. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for electrical work. He’s a great guy!!

The electrician showed up 24 hours late without Arrowhead ever calling me to inform of delay. I called 3 times and was told the manager would call me which never occurred. The job was completed but it is still miss wired and I am no closer than when I begun. I did have a nice conversation with my electrician and the visit only cost a few hundred dollars.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. First I had to pay $125 service fee just to schedule them for a electrical bid. Then I was told for $25 more I could get a membership that gave preferential service and discount. So I paid $150 only to have their answering service schedule 4 appointments and fail to show for every single one. Three of those times nobody bothered to call me. Each time after the first I was told they guarantee a technician will be there. It’s inconsiderate when I have to move my work schedule to accommodate theirs. Now I’m trying to get my fee refunded and it has process through the refund department. Feels a lot like a scam which is all unfortunate because I had high hopes based on their prior reviews.

I needed someone out quickly to fix my electrical issue that prevented my garbage disposal to work. I called several other places and they couldn't come out for 4 or 5 days. Arrowhead Electrical Services was able to come in an hour. The electrician was amazing. So knowledgeable, professional and nice. I asked a lot of questions and I learned a lot from him. I will definitely call Arrowhead Electrical Services again since we just bought a new house and have lots of issues to deal with.

Absolute rip off! Patched a 14 gauge wire to a 10 gauge wire and left it dangling under my sink. Called the next day charging me $1300 for moving an outlet and a garbage disposal switch.

Stand up guy came in 15 mins after the phone call and got the issue solved

I called their office after a GFCI wall socket stopped working in a half bathroom. When the socket stopped working it took out all GFCI wall plug ins in the first floor of my house. I made an appointment and they showed up on time. Showed me the GFCI socket after they had pulled it out and the burn damage behind the socket. This GFCI socket had been painted over at one point. I would suggest covering the wall plugins in future painting. They had the GFCI wall socket replaced within an hour and half and the charge was very reasonable. Good work and I will use them again IF anything electrical happens again.

AES is simply the best! The best customer service and the best electrical techs I have ever used. We have 8,000SF of warehouse/office and a whole lot of fluorescent fixtures. AES keeps us "enlightened"! The outdoor floods they installed for us are just what we needed. Courteous, professional and experienced - Accurate Electrical is TOP NOTCH in my book!
