Home Services reviews in Haslet, Texas

Wow! I am a floor guy (former military) and thought that I kept my tile floor looking good, but after 23 years in the house the grout had taken a beaten despite my best efforts. I booked with Fort Worth Carpet & Tile Cleaning and Marek showed up, he is very personable, and good at what he does. My tile floors look new again. Good service and reasonably priced, I won’t wait long before booking again.

Marek did an outstanding job and I will definitely be using again. The price is right and the service is excellent.

Marek is phenomenal! His customer service started from the initially request. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday and didn’t expect a response until Monday. He answered immediately and was very helpful at getting me a quote quickly and a date to come clean. When he arrived he made sure to take a Quick Look at the job and provided the final quote before starting. He did an amazing job on our grout and carpet. We will most definitely be using Marek again!

Marek was very professional and knowledgeable during the visit. The cleaning went quickly and the carpets look great!

Thank you, Marek, for taking excellent care of us! The customer service and quality of work from Marek is top notch. We had our sectional cleaned and tile floors cleaned!

Marek was on time, professional, extremely helpful, and did amazing work on our extremely dirty couches. The price was fair as well. I would 100% recommend this company and will absolutely be utilizing them for future cleanings. Thank you!

We had our 20 year old tile cleaned as it had never had a professional cleaning and just looking dull. Marek was very professional but yet down to earth. He did a knock out job. He was on time, very studious, and took his time to make my floor shine! He also cleaned my shag area rugs which turned out better than I expected. I am very pleased and will not hesitate to book again in the nearer future! Barefoot on floor feels great now!

Just had my carpet and rug cleaned after having a sick dog. They both look like new and smell so clean. Fast and friendly service. Definitely my go to for great quality service!

So glad we found this company to do our carpets! They did a fantastic job customer service is definitely a top priority for them and our carpets look great now. We will definitely be using again in the future. All the funky pet and toddler smells gone! Excuse the footprints we were chasing the kid around before we go photos but NO STAINS!

I used Fort Worth Carpet and Tile Cleaning to clean a large area rug, sectional couch and ottoman. It was easy to book services online and Marek showed up on time for the service. He was very professional and explained how his system worked prior to starting. Our couch had fur ground in to the cushions and he really took his time with vacuuming and cleaning everything. He was able to get stains out and I’m so happy that my couch looks like new and smells great too! I will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend them to others!

Marek was fantastic. He arrived on time and did a great job on my carpets, tile and rug. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I’d tried mopping, steam cleaners, and even my mom’s old method of using a toothbrush to scrub away the built-up dirt and grime. Was so happy to have Marek come and do it for me! Floors look great and I hate to even walk on them now!

Marek is awesome and did a great job on the tile and carpet areas in the same day! I will be using him again in one year.

Marek did an outstanding job cleaning our couch! Very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful service! Marek is very professional, honest and transparent regarding all his services. His work is detailed and thorough, and we are always very happy with the results. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have a six year old so we had stains that we could not explain. However, Mark came in and made this old carpet look new. Not only did he exceed our expectations but his customer service skills were top notch. He made me feel comfortable and set expectations regarding the stains. I'm very pleased with the service rendered. We DEFINITELY will use them again.

Absolutely amazing experience! Will use again! Marek had fantastic communication, explained everything thoroughly, was professional, and did an exceptional job!

Amazing job! We had our carpets cleaned recently by Marek and the entire process was great. Easy to contact, get a quote and schedule. We have 2 dogs, lots of foster dogs and lots of kids in and out of our house. These carpets looked rough! The carpets looked amazing right after cleaning and amazingly, still look good a month later. I can’t believe how clean the carpets are next to the baseboards. I’m happy every time I vacuum now. Will definitely hire again and would 100% recommend to others.
