My AC went out. Called the local company who we've been using for years, only to have the issue miss diagnosed and then they hit up to replace my whole system. Had the Halo-LED whole house air purifier installed on Omar’s recommendation for an odor that we had. They cleaned the coils and installed the UV purifier and took a few days but seems to have resolved the issue. They were very prompt to set the appointment for installation. Very happy with their service

Initially I had duct cleaning done with Air flow company and based on well done job and price lower than on the market I wanted them to replace my 20 yrs old AC unit afterwards.
If short - very customer satisfaction oriented crew of well organized professionals who adjusted to my needs on the fly and done even extra for no charge! Special thanks to Omar for wise approach to things and patiently helping me to find the best unit with balance between quality/efficiency and features I needed! (for some it would be impossible challenge, believe me). He also gave me good price which I'm happy about as well. I've also got good warranties and future support.
Installation was done very good and the team spent as much time as needed to provide high quality as I asked and not in a hurry as others do no matter what.
I'm 101% satisfied with their service and will deal again for sure. Now they're my HVAC guys. Highly recommend, you won't regret!

Omar with Air-Flow Comfort Systems came out today to do a Spring Maintenance tune-up on both of my ac units. He was through, took the time to show and explain all the steps he was performing. Made suggestions of repairs i might need in the future but wasn’t pushy or try to upsell me. I highly recommend Omar for all your Heating/Cooling needs.

We got extremely lucky finding Omar. He was at our house within an hour and after 30 minutes the problem was fixed. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I contacted Air Flow to discuss my two a/c units. They were 18 years old and the spring tune-up revealed that there were leaks that could not be "patched". Omar met with me, and we discussed the options available, like financing options. He also explained the "pros and cons" of upgrading. Heat pump or no heat pump. Which manufacturer had a better warranty for me as a homeowner. He gave me three options, good, better, best. Good, leave it as-is and hope it makes it through this summer. Better, get a similar system that I currently have and keep using refrigerant that is being obsoleted and will cost more in the future. Best, get the newest a/c system with the best warranty. I chose Best. Air Flow's crew came in and removed the old, installed the new. They carried away the old units. It was all done within one day with a professional crew. Omar met me after they were done to make sure I was satisfied.

It is so hard to find good customer service these days. Omar and his team are the best! Omar helped keep our unit running by fixing a simple part a couple of summers ago. He was honest and not trying to take our money, unlike a couple of other big companies that came out.
Our unit finally gave out a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. Omar was at our house within two hours. We had initially scheduled for our new unit to be installed on Monday, but he was able to get us set up on Sunday instead. We couldn't believe it! The team was early, friendly, and left everything cleaned up.
One of the best parts of this experience was that Omar set us up with a window unit so that we could at least be comfortable in one of our rooms. Incredible customer service like this is rare! Highly recommend!

The first time I used Omar and Air Flow Comfort Systems was after another company failed to completely fix our downstairs unit issue. Omar pointed out what was done incorrectly and why I was still having issues then proceeded to provide his recommendations, parts / labor and overall pricing. We never had another issue. Just recently, we had an issue with our upstairs unit. I received the same professionalism, detailed explanation of the issue, how to fix it, and overall pricing. Both times, Omar has displayed honest, quality work performed quickly as possible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Our A/C stopped blowing cool air around 6:30 at night. I called and Dustin was at our house in less than 30 minutes and had our issue fixed by 8:30. Will definitely use again.

After getting a hugely inflated quote from another contractor, I called Airflow. Omar took the time to educate me about which components of my system were leaking and inefficient. He walked me through solutions, and I felt confident in our decision. He replaced the compressor and evaporator coil and did it for about 30% less than the big boys. And he moved fast. We had the new equipment installed within 48 hours of his first visit. It's so refreshing to do business with a sole proprietor who has integrity and stands behind his work. I've been a homeowner in Dallas for 8 years now and Airflow is the first HVAC company that I've felt comfortable with. Highly recommend!

This is THE company you want to go with. It is a small team with the owner involved on every project. The small team allows them to keep the overhead down, so the pricing is the most affordable we found. We had to have our entire unit replaced on our home and Air-flow was almost half of the quote we got from the big guys with the all the marketing. You’re missing out if you don’t at least give them a call for a quote.

We needed a routine service call to check our systems. We got great service and an education too. Dustin spent some extra time explaining the technical details that made it easy to understand. Recommend to Haslet and their entire service area. Great service, fair price.
