Nobody will talk to me all I am told is that we can only take messages it’s been over 2 weeks and they say they will let someone know I called and I will get a call back, which I don’t get a call back!

Purple care gave our banking info to Lawn connections, not sure how or when, but when I looked on my bank statements 'lawn connections" were charging us $70.00 per week and not cutting my grass!!! Crooks.

When we posted that we originally had problems with this company. The owner showed us that he cared enough about his customers to call us directly and assure us that our experience will change. He kept his word. Any company that cares enough about their customers to reach out to them directly is one worth supporting.

We currently pay $52 a week for lawn care. They are upping our cost to “minimum $450 a month” that is more than DOUBLE the price. The manager I spoke to was condescending and rude. Essentially they are pricing themselves out of business.

This is the worst company. They are hit or miss but now consistent. Asked them to only use push mower as they put ruts in the lawn when they use the riding mower. Our lawn is not that large. In the past have asked them not to get lawn clippings in the pool, the one crew was great and cared for it and if they got clipping in it they would scoop out with the tools on the pool deck. Spent 4 hours yesterday getting my pool ready for swimming today only to go outside just now to find it covered with clippings and unable to swim in now. Sad. They are disrespectful, don't listen, and irresponsible. Sad.
