Ron is the man, he was here within 2 hours of a call on a Sunday, professional, got our ac working till we can get a new one order from them and installed. Definitely will continue service thru them.

The was the 2nd time I've used Mastercraft Mechanical, Ron cane for routine maintenance. His service was just as wonderful as the 1st time,if not better! Very professional and courteous. The work done was top notch! This is definitely my go to for all my heating/cooling needs! *****

My heater wasn't working this morning.
I called Ron Hockscetler at Mastercraft Mechanical and he walked me through the process of getting my heater back on over the phone. What would have cost me a service fee, Ron assisted me and we were able to get our heat back on. I do plan on paying Ron the service fee for his excellent assistance.

Ron was wonderful!! He was efficient researching and addressing my concerns. He made me feel totally comfortable asking questions and took time to explain the issue to me. I didn’t try to upsell me which I really appreciate. I will call him again in future for our HVAC needs.

Ron is very proficient at his craft. He is trustworthy and timely and does very good work. I have referred him in the past and he does not disappoint.

Ron was easily the best, most professional HVAC service person we have had. We have had issues with our AC for more than 2-months and have had 4 other companies come out to no avail. Ron came out and easily diagnosed the issue and explained it in terms we could understand. In the meantime, one of the other companies had messed up the thermostat so we were also not getting any heat. Ron, again, diagnosed the issue, replaced the thermostat, and we are up and running again. I enthusiastically recommend Ron and MasterCraft Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!!

Ron at MasterCraft saved us when the cold snap hit today and our (recently installed) HVAC system couldn’t keep up. I called at a late hour and despite probably having a very busy day of similar house calls, Ron took our call and was at our door within the hour. We have spent the last year dealing with another company who installed our system and it’s been such a headache. Ron was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and explained his work/what was wrong. I wish we had given him our business from the get go when we first started shopping for a new system.

Moved into a new house 2 months ago and the AC was struggling to cool it down. Hours and hours for a few degrees.

Ron was punctual, upfront about pricing, and provided quick, efficient, and affordable service within 2 hours after arriving. The AC is now blowing colder than ever, I may need to turn it up a few degrees lol. Would highly recommend this company! Local, family owned business is also a plus.

So happy I chose to go with Ron!!! Heater went out last night and woke up to a FREEZING house. He was quick to come out, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within minutes of getting the parts.
