If I was able to not give any stars, I would. This is the worst lawn service I have ever worked with. Started small and they were fine. Once they started to grow, communication decreased and service was awful. Had to follow-up on invoices and wasn't called back until after several calls and emails were sent.

Stay far away from this company. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Best lawn care company I’ve used. Always responsive and do a great job. Very pleased with the work so far and we have high standards. This is the third company in town we’ve used and by far the best. We won’t be changing again.

I’ve used these guys for a few years now so I of course called them to get my yard in order again for this year. Initially I called to receive a quote, I never heard back after a week. I called again the following week only to find out they never even looked at my yard. A few days later I finally received a quote through email which didn’t even include everything I wanted to have done! After receiving a quote for only half of what I wanted done, I emailed customer service to have a new one including everything I wanted to have done, they said they would email me the very next day with a new one. After almost a week I’m still waiting to hear back even after I checked in again. I’ve been very patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt etc. but this is pretty ridiculous. Where is the customer service with this company?

I simply made a call today 11/28/22 to ask for a designer to come look at my backyard for a patio. The girl who answered the phone, her name started with a B, was so rude! She asked for my info which I gave her but proceeded to try and force me to tell her what design I wanted. When I told her that was the reason I called their services, she continued escalating the conversation and aggravating me instead of just simply booking an appointment for me. She then told me they were not a fit for me. This is a huge red flag of how this company is run!!! Sounds like I dodged a bullet!! No one wants to invest money with a design company who is so rude and unprofessional! Very disappointed with my experience! Keep shopping for a professional well qualified company!! 👎👎👎

Lawn Connections (and specifically Robert Watson) did everything they said they would do. The service was great. We had a pretty major redo of our landscaping, and they handled it top to bottom. We just completed this, and we've had some follow up requests that they have been very quick to fulfill.

Lawn Connections is a well rounded company. They are always there to do the right thing. The crews that come out to do both of my residence are always prompt, professional, and work to a satisfactory level. They clean up after themselves and go the extra mile. I have recommended their services to many family and friends. They have never shown any disappointment in their work. I personally recommended Lawn Connections of Haslet without a doubt to anyone looking for landscaping and outdoor kitchen/patio needs.

I found out about this company because my neighbor used them and decided to give them a try. I originally called the office to get a quote and left a message, it took about a week to get back to me and that should have been my first flag. I had Trevor E. their sales rep come out and look at the property and give me a full service quote. The price seemed reasonable however since I had never done business with them before I thought I would start at the bare minimum mowing the lawn and bed maintenance. My thought was if they do a great job then I'll add in the other services they offer.

My service started off poorly and only went south from there. We agreed upon a start date so I could tell my current service provider at the time that I no longer needed them. Lawn Connections showed up a week early with a crew that did a terrible job, I called Trevor he apologized, they didn't charge me which they shouldn't have an promised me it was their sub contracted crew not the main crew that was suppose to do full maintenance on my property. Next week rolled around and shocker same crew as the previous week. Now why I didn't pick up the phone that moment and cancel is beyond me but I gave them another chance.

Week 3 hits and finally the crew that was supposed to be managing my lawn the entire time shows up. Service is ok for a short period then I asked to lower the mow height, they were cutting it way to tall. This should be an easy process, nope once again couldn't get it fixed quickly had to go multiple weeks before rectified. I asked for quotes for color change out, it took weeks to get it and by that time half the summer was over so I told them I was no longer interested. I can't remember the amount of times I spoke to Brooklyn and Marion (both in customer service) and left messages. The answer was always the same, sorry I didn't return your call, sorry there is an issue I'll let the crew know. I wasted too much time and too much effort on this company. There are so many good full service lawn maintenance companies out there. If you read this and still decide to do business with them then just get their mow and bed maintenance and see how happy you are after a couple of weeks.

Update to my previous review. The owner called me the next day to discuss the level of service I had received. He was very professional, apologetic, and did not get defensive when I explained my issues. He specifically asked me what he needed to do to make it right and assured me if I give them another opportunity I will not be disappointed.

We just hired this company to take care of my daughter's lawn in Haslet. They have been incredibly responsive and do a wonderful job! I just wish that we had found them sooner. They are also super friendly and easy to work with if we need to skip a week.

Lawn Connections did a fantastic job on my renovation! Not only do I have the beautiful woodland scene I asked for, but Jarrett saved me from making a devastating mistake. Other landscapers who had bid on the project didn't include updating the sprinkler system, but Jarrett did and I am so very grateful. The sprinklers will be vital to success, and I think his attention to this detail is evidence of his superior expertise and professionalism. My 12 year-old neighbor boy told his mom he wants to get a good job when he grows up so he can provide his parents with a landscape like mine.

I began using Lawn Connections over 5 years ago when I first moved. I use them for mowing, lawn treatments, cleaning and refreshing my flower beds and checking my sprinklers. I often have questions and no matter if it is by phone or by email - Brooklyn is quick to get back to me and is always SO helpful. She always helps me schedule my services and if I need anything additional, she always makes it happen. I know there are a lot of choices out there that provide the same services - but the customer service I receive from Brooklyn keeps me with Lawn Connections - as it is getting more rare to get the above and beyond experience. I have used Lawn Connections for over 6 years and am extremely happy with their service and communication. I recently had them install an outdoor living area, landscaping and water feature. They exceeded my expectations from the planning all the way through completion. The crews are responsive, respectful and hard working. I can't recommend Lawn Connections enough.

I have been using Lawn Connections for my full service lawn care for the past 14 months and they have done a superb job.
Back in August, Robert Watson designed my backyard into a beautiful oasis. A gorgeous pergola, beautiful flagstone patio with the outdoor lighting creating an outdoor space I absolutely love along with beautiful plants surrounding the pool and patio.
Jarrett Henderson and his crew worked nonstop making my backyard into this beautiful oasis. The entire crew was very professional, on time every day and always cleaned up daily before they left. My neighbors even commented on their professionalism. I highly recommend Lawn Connections for their full service lawn care along with their design and construction team for your landscaping needs.

Don’t use this company! We had used them for several years. This season’s mowing and landscaping have been awful! The team they sent to us use a riding lawnmower that leaves ruts in our yard and kills the grass. As for landscape maintenance…it didn’t happen even though we pay extra each week for it to be done! So in my mind, they’re stealing money from us, charging us for services which never happened. We have contacted Lawn Connections by phone and via email with attached photos showing the destruction in our yard by the mower and the weeds still profusely growing in our landscape. No change happened and no refund has been offered.
If you want a lawn service who does a good job and has a reasonably prompt response time for addressing problems, Lawn Connections is not the right company for you. Keep looking.

Lawn Connection has been mowing my yard for about two months. They took over my account from Purple Care which I have used for several years. I have had several promises from Lawn Connection that they would show up to mow for the past three weeks. They have had several excuses for not doing my weekly mowing. I was promised that they would be out today 6/1/22 instead I got an email at 11:06am today saying they would no longer be able to service my account.

I have company planned for this Friday evening so I am just SOL I guess. Thanks Lawn Connections for stringing me on for three weeks. I would not trust this company to be dependable. They will leave you when you need them most.

I've had nothing but great service from Lawn Connections, which we've used for well over three years now! They service our lawn, flower beds, and even our Christmas light installation. Anytime I have called I've been put in contact with a real person who has been kind and courteous. One big thing that stands out about this company is that they call to followup on service I've had, making sure I was happy with the outcome. All around good people with a customer service team (Brooklyn is wonderful!) that makes you feel both welcomed as a client, and appreciated as a customer!

I've used them for a couple of years for fertilizer/weed killer spray. I love the way my yard looks now and it is so nice not to have to try and remember to do it all myself. Any time I've ever had any issues their customer service is super fast and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Have been using Lawn Connections for 3+ years, and we are very happy with their service. This summer has been a little weird, as they have frequently had to move my service day, due to the heat, BUT they are very good about letting me know what's going on. We even used them to build our new Pool Cabana, and we get raves about how great it looks!

We were extremely pleased with the services offered by Lawn Connections. Most impressive was the crew that installed our new landscaping their attention to detail and thoroughness was superior. Although Lawn Connections is not the lowest bidder they do top notch work. If you are looking for a firm to get the job done the right way the first time that is extremely productive from start to finish, Lawn Connections is a great pick. Our sales representative, Danielle Thornton followed up closely on every step of the process from start to finish to make sure we were fully satisfied and gave great advice on landscaping design decisions making sure we did the right thing for problem areas. Danielle showed up right away after our initial request to meet us and walk down what we needed to be completed. Overall very prompt and responsive customer centric service.

Lawn Connections was first class from start to finish. They provided us with detailed plans of the work including a breakdown of costs and gave us several different options. They were punctual, communicative (they created a text thread with all of the team members and us) and responsive. The work was exactly as described. We had some issues with the incredibly difficult summer and they addressed everything. One thing that stands out is the service after the sale. They were just as professional after the initial work was completed as they were before and during. These guys should be the template for not only the landscape industry, but any "project" industry. We could not recommend them more highly.

Where do I start.
My yard was not cut for a couple months and not to mention the guy I had cutting my yard previously didn’t do a great job but it kept the HOA off my back.

Lawn Connection came in and over exceeded expectations. My wife made it home before me and my whole ride home she was explaining how much better they were than the previous guy. When I made it home I was amazed at how much better the overall house looked with an exceptional cut. I’ll definitely continue using there services and recommend to all my neighbors.

Absolutely pathetic service. I have used Lawn Connections for almost four years and quite frankly I’m a fool for continuing to extend second chances.

Horrible customer service! I can count on two hands the amount of times they have no showed, with no excuses no attempt to contact me for a makeup, nothing.

Orlando, the manager, sincerely needs some serious work in customer service. When I explained to him that my lawn had not been mowed in over two weeks, he stated we cannot control the weather and hung up on me. I live on the top of a hill and was able to have another local individual mow my lawn just fine. As have all of my neighbors. I shouldn’t have to run over and ask my neighbor’s lawn service to mow my yard because Lawn Connections is too lazy to complete it. Furthermore, if a company is unable to come due to rain, I would presume you would contact the customer, explain the situation, and schedule a make up on one of the many sunny days that have since occurred. Particularly since this courtesy has been requested in writing more than once.

Save your time and money, this company isn’t worth it. There are plenty of local individuals that do a better job anyways.
