Jamison was prompt, professional and courteous. I like the fact that they put on booties before entering the house unprompted. Jamison did a little extra in addition to that by rolling out a red carpet to put his booties on. He is so thorough and honest, that I felt comfortable with the large investment I'm about to make because I have a lot of mold that has grown on my system. I've been kicking the can down the road, but now after speaking with Jamison, I'm willing to make that big investment. He also made himself available in case me and my wife have any other questions.

He is excellent at what he does, but most importantly, you can tell that he actually likes what he does. I am happy to have had the opportunity to meet Jamison in order to come up with a solution to my HVAC issues.

Milestone always does a great job. They are very respectful of our time and $$$. They often make suggestions to make our home better. However don't pressure you into any purchases. We enjoy having Chris out checking on our HVAC. Thanks for keeping us war in the winter and cool the other 10 months of the year.

Brandon did a great job. He carefully analyzed the problem and located the source of the trouble. He then proceeded to securely fix our unit in a timely manner with great attention to detail. We are very thankful.

We use Milestone for both A/C maintenance and plumbing services. All technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home—they covered their footwear before entering and explained their findings in detail, offering recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. While the plumbing service was handled professionally, it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall, a reliable company with strong service, especially for HVAC and plumbing! Would use them again.

I scheduled Milestone HVAC service in the evening online which took no effort at all and they were here by 7:30 AM! Very very knowledgeable young man great technician kept everything clean and did a great presentation. 2 weeks later, they came for a complementary HVAC system tuneup has spent several hours checking everything tightening everything and they even washed the outside unit inside and out! Brandon Preussuer and Zane both did great jobs!!! I highly recommend these technicians and Milestone

These guys are awesome, thanks Juan. Punctual and methodical which is huge for me because I wanted to understand everything he was doing. He was also kid/home conscious in taking extra care when coming inside or doing anything that might wake up our little one.

Milestone service was fantastic. From setting up the appointment with Jamie, to Mario performing the services, everything was great. Jamie told me about their annual maintenance agreement and all the benefits of becoming a member. A great deal. Mario did exactly what was promised performing the semi-annual maintenance on both A/C and furnace units. Very thorough. Mario was very friendly and cautious to not track in mud and other matter from outside. A very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend Milestone.

Had an electricity check up done on my home after my bedroom power kept tripping. Boy, what a mistake this was. Jacob came over in his dress wear (not hardly what you would expect from an electrician’s attire) only missing a tie. Jacob took a few of my outlets off and explained why my outlets look burnt. Ok, what is the cost, I asked. Anytime someone start to answer this question with an explanation first, get ready to lose both your arms and your legs. Jacob had to get his tablet out to explain to me what I can fix and what I can’t get fixed based on price. And you know how it goes, the “cheapest” package covers work you probably can do by watching YouTube.
I was working so I didn’t give him much of my time after he started with $13k. I paid for him doing a diagnostic (which only entailed him taking my outlet covers off and looking to see if they were burned = $299.99). He wrapped up everything and left, only for me to discover some of the outlet covers were still off, crumbs of Sheetrock on the floor and breaker box left open. I guess this is how you are treated when you don’t buy the package.

Honest group that came out in a pinch to install a used system @ my house... These guys know what they are doing for sure and made a system work that I thought would never fit in the space... I came back to them a year later for a NEW system and they did a great job! Even balanced my system!

Allen HVAC Services is my go-to HVAC company, and I highly recommend them. Prior to the new system that they installed for me last year, Allen HVAC helped me squeeze every last bit of life out of my old unit. They were always honest, reasonable, and provided me with all options. Most companies simply push you to replace equipment. Since we have new equipment now, our HAVC service needs were minimal, until this week. During very hot weather, we made the mistake of pulling a vine out of our outside unit and pulled a wire out, which also blew a fuse. Allen HVAC answered our call immediately and helped us get our unit functioning again quickly and efficiently. We are so happy to have such a knowledgeable, reasonable, and responsive HVAC resource.

Keith was very professional and pleasant to work with.

He perform a throughout inspection of the entire unit to ensure that it was just thermostat that went bad. I knew only a little bit about HVAC system therefore if they were dishonest could of sold me a story about how I needed to replace the entire system for thousands however offer a solution that if I simply replace the thermostat with the same one that it should get me back online. This actually took a future business call away from him but his honesty is what will make me call him back again if another HVAC issue were to arise.
