They were really professional and great at communicating. They took excellent care of our home, covering appliances and wall corners to avoid any damage from their equipment and hoses. It might seem like magic, but they did an awesome job!

I found Toro via a Facebook post in which they were by-far the most recommended of any other company. Decided to give them a call and from the first interaction with them I could not be more impressed. The communication was top-notch from start to finish and the service was 5 stars all around! The tech showed up on time, was professional and thorough. My carpets look amazing! I also had them clean a throw rug which now looks almost new! Amazing value for the services provided. I am really picky and have never been satisfied by the work done by other companies. But Toro did such a great job on my couch and area rugs, all my expectations were exceeded. Our puppy decided to sneak into one of the few carpeted rooms we have and enjoy a bathroom break. Toro not only came out immediately and cleaned the carpet, they didn't STOP cleaning the carpet until my hyper-sensitive nose was satisfied. Toro Steam did a great job at communicating before, during, and after the appointment. Mr. Victor does a great job at helping and being professional that he ensures that he gets everything taken care of even when the weather doesn't allow it. We called Toro Steam Cleaning to come clean our carpets and man did they do a great job!!

From the time they arrived, on time by the way, till the time they left it was an amazing experience.

They wore booties over their shoes even though I assured them it wasn’t necessary. Then when they left, they even buffed out the floor areas where their hoses were laying on the wood floors while cleaning the carpets.

Did I mention they got us in with in 2 days of calling?? Absolutely amazing and will definitely continue to be who we recommend to others.

We hired Toro steam cleaning to clean 2 rugs , our granite countertops and our tile and grout floors through the house. They were very professional and did the most amazing job ! My countertops and floors look better than they did new. The carpets were brought back to us like new also. Highly recommend them. We will have them back soon to do our hardwoods😊
