They have done a number of jobs for us over the last 10-12 years and they are ALWAYS kind, courteous and very quick to respond both on the phone and showing up (on time!) for a job. Add in the honest and fair pricing, we will always call Waller County Electric for our electric needs!

These guys are amazing! Gotta love, Phil when it comes to HVAC work. And my boy Cameron is always hooking me up with some great electricians. I have been using these guys for the last year and would definitely recommend them. They have super exceeded all my expectations! If I can only talk them into plumbing, They would be my one shop stop!

We had a leak in our AC unit and had an AC tech from another company come out to the property to take a look at what the problem was. The tech gave us the estimate and one of the repairs that were needed was to clean the drain lines and so they did. Then, we noticed that the pan under one of the lines was getting rusty and we needed that to be changed, so our management company recommended Waller County Electric to have them do the work. They went to our property, and they once again clean the drain lines without asking us first if it was ok to proceed. I called Waller County, and the owner answered, when I told him what happened he tried to flip the blame on the other company and me, instead of looking at the issue more deeply or reimburse us the money that they charge us. He also told me that he will not any future jobs on my property because of my complaint. I think this was unethical in their part. I'm glad that I'm not doing any more business with them. Be careful with their practices.

This is the second time I've had a great experience. The first time was 3 years ago. Our outside unit went out and the tech was quick to pinpoint a burned out capacitor. The second time was recently. I had them do a second opinion after our attic unit froze up. I was told by another company that the system had a coolant leak and that I needed a new unit, and because mine was old and it was more efficient to replace both units. He spent about 2 minutes in the attic, come down and told me the news, then proceeded to give me options and pricing for a new unit. Ruben, after spending about the same amount of time in the attic, said that there was not a leak, and that he was going to do a pressure check to confirm. After more professional troubleshooting than the first guy, he found the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Ruben!

WCE wired and did my h vac at my house and barn and did an excellent job. They were very professional and the job was done right! I would recommend them for all of your electrical and ac work. They also do all of my service on my ac units.

We are out of state during the January 2026 freeze. We have a Sensi thermostat so were monitoring the heat in the house....we had it set on 45 degrees since we were gone. The temp started dropping and when we got up the next morning, we looked at our app and it was 32 in the house!! I got a recommendation to call WCE. They were out by lunchtime the same day even though they had so many calls to do. They determined our thermostat had gone out using the heat pump setting and hardwired it to run on normal electricity. By that afternoon, the house was up to 55 and still holding per our neighbors. Great customer service by Jonathon and we are appreciate them! They will be on our list in the future if ever needed.
