We had dreamed of adding a garage and attached small apartment to our property for a few years. That’s how long we spent searching for the right contractor. We’d inquire on neighborhood social media platforms only to get flooded with self promotion. We really wanted to hear from someone who had used and would recommend a contractor. We finally were sent to Premier Contracting by a friend who was completing a build with them. We phoned Lou and spoke about what we wanted. At this point Lou set up an appointment to meet with us. Other companies would use Google earth and send us a quote. Lou actually came out took measurements, walked the property, and took note of a huge concern of ours which was that in heavy rains water would need to flow under the structure. Yep, it was complicated. Lou took the time to research solutions before giving us a quote. This allowed us to proceed with confidence that there would be no surprises. Lou and his crew hadn’t even started and we felt like we were his only customers. Once the project started, Lou touched base or came by every day to keep us informed and check on progress. His crews are amazing and hard working. Electricity and water needed to be run underground to the structure. All of these different crews were rotating through like a well choreographed dance. No detail was left out, Lou was on top of it all. He even met us at shops to help pick out flooring and countertops. We now have a garage and apartment and are fighting over who gets to move in, it is beautiful. And of course the water solution was spot on, flows under and through a pipe to an existing culvert. No more searching, we have found our contractor and are getting ready for the next project.

Lou was great adding an attached garage to my house, moving the location of the laundry room, and turning 1 large room into 2 bedrooms. Communication was great and he rolled with the punches with no problem when I changed my mind on various things at the very last minute.

Premier Contracting completed a bedroom refresh for us. Popcorn ceiling removal, paint, new doors, trim, new floor and new lighting. Communication was excellent. Project cost and length were clearly explained. Overall we are satisfied with the job. Looking forward to future projects with this company.

Premier Contracting is a solid choice for home remodeling. Lou and his team of subs (which were all good) did a great job at helping bring our home remodeling plans to life - offering good advice and creative problem solving along the way. They stayed on budget and finished within an acceptable timeline. I would hire them again should the need arise.

Our house flooded, in January 2023. Our entire house was impacted, all floors. We took this as an opportunity to make some home improvements and contracted with Lou, and his team. I am Type A, OCD, and I am a visual person when it comes to design. Lou recognized this immediately, and would literally draw me pictures on a napkin, without me asking, knowing I needed to see what he was talking about. It was a blessing, it kept things on track and it allowed for quick decision making. He could have choose to get irritated with me, as others have. Rather, he adapted to his customers needs, making the entire process seamless. We built a beautiful new pantry, with glass barn doors. We put custom shelves inside, and pivoted our design based upon Lou’s suggestions. We blew out a wall, allowing us to have an open-wide concept from the front of the house to the back. He came back with 3 options, different designs and varying price points. I appreciated that he kept budget, want and needs in mind, and offered options. I absolutely, positively, enjoyed every bit of work Lou and his team did. All of his crew was pleasant, nice and hard-working. Thank you, Lou!

We hired Premier Contracting to replace numerous countertops/backsplashes in our home, as well as remodel our master bath. Lou (construction) and QT (design) were in daily contact with us through the entire process and we are thrilled with the outcome. One of the best remodeling experience we’ve had in a long time — highly recommend them.

Premier Contracting recently completed our outdoor project, serving as a general contractor for both a pergola replacement and a roof. From the beginning to the end, Premier Contracting had excellent communication describing the overall process, timing and scope of the project. They came on-site to discuss options, using our question of “what can we do to make this better” into a proper outdoor living area. They helped us figure out the best way to run electric for an outdoor television, choices on lighting, shingles, and wood materials for framing and finishing and were open to suggestions and feedback throughout the process. All of the workers were kind, respectful—and the roofing company especially—did a fantastic job cleaning up the site when they were finished.

The final product for the pergola replacement is amazing. The former pergola is now an enclosed the area with a roof that was seamlessly integrated, expanding the outdoor living space. The finished ceiling and visible frame is a gorgeous stained cedar with canned lights, a ceiling fan, and extra electric capacity should it ever be needed.

We were very pleased with our experience with Premiere Contracting, and gladly give the highest rating. We will be calling them again for future projects!

Lou built an ADU for me to live in on my daughter’s property. He had great communication skills and was available day, nights, and weekends to answer all questions. Once the project started his crews were here daily, usually 6 days a week.

We hired Premier to do a full house interior renovation of an older home in Highland Village. They did an excellent job and we love it. Lou was very engaged in the process and communicated frequently on status, findings, and next steps. He was collaborative in developing solutions for problems found (it is an old house) resulting in some wonderful features. We are now in discussions for some exterior work.
