Yesterday a scammer quoted me $275. For 5 bedrooms, stairs and living area. Showed up at the house and said, that’s just for water and steam to add shampoo it’s $550…So after telling him to get the F out of my house I called Andre and he quoted me 1 price did an AMAZING JOB and the price never changed and YES he did use shampoo 😂 I fully recommend this service

I have used Good Neighbor several times since moving to Denton County and I have been beyond pleased! I have multiple dogs in the house and carpeting in every room, so a good carpet cleaning service is KEY. After doing a lot of research, reading reviews, and looking at before/after pictures, we chose to go with GN carpet cleaning and we could not be happier with our carpet cleaning we received. We have had our carpets cleaned about a year and half ago with a different company and what started as a “special” was doubled with the add ons they said we had to have.
GN carpet cleaning gave us one fair price and the cleaning made our carpets look brand new again(which our last cleaning with the different company did not despite the add ons, stains were left behind. Thankfully GN was able to remove them). GN also uses their own truck and did not have to hook up their hoses in our bathroom which was a huge plus. If you’re like me and just want a good cleaning at a fair price without getting scammed into up charges once they arrive, give GN a call. We definitely be booking with them again.

Andre was punctual, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning and stretching our carpet. His prices were much more affordable that another quote I had gotten. When I called him he answered immediately and the process for scheduling a cleaning was very easy. When the work is complete he sends an invoice via text message with a link to make a payment, which was also very easy. I would definitely use his services again.

Andre was great! I needed a move out cleaning for a 3 bedroom house I was renting. Not only was he able to give me a good deal, he was able to squeeze in the service same day. He was able to get some tough pet odors out with no issue. Very happy with the results, sense of urgency, and professionalism.
