Last Friday, I contacted Frymire - ex Strittmatter to get a quote for start assistance kit and surge protector for my A/C units. Technician Mark Hernandez is vey nice and skilled. He kindly explained why those units are recommended and gave me a reasonable quote. It is cheaper than another vendor but with shorter warranty. I probably go with Frymire’s quote. I do recommend contacting Frymire for your future needs. Lastly, please be advised that the dispatch fee of $79 is needed just for getting quotes. I guess it would be credit against the installation fee if you buy equipment and the service quoted.

I had a horrible experience with Frymire. I have used them since my Mom had breast cancer for the second time. I even bought 2 new units from them. Which was installed wrong. I have had nothing but problems. Every time they come out it’s going to cost. Now they claim my warranty is expired and I need to buy a new a/c unit. And I bought it from them just 6 years ago. The customer service and honesty has gone down hill. I would advise to stay away since they only care about money and not integrity.

I called this company for a second opinion. Brandon Watts showed up and fixed the problem that another plumber told me they would have to tear out brick to repair. It took him less than five minutes and cost less than the first plumber who just diagnosed it incorrectly. I thought the last plumber was a man of integrity but after watching Brandon repair my faucet, my heart hurts that someone would take advantage of me in such a way. It’s possible he’s just incompetent but my contractor said he uses him all the time. 🥴 So far so great with F&S and Brandon is the best. He let me pick his brain about a few other issues and he’s coming back tomorrow to install a new water heater.

Nick was very friendly and listened to what I was seeing occur. He right away had an idea of the issue. Confirmed it and had it resolved quickly. He went on to make some additional checks and replaced a part that could end up causing issues. He was very thorough.

Diego was great. Very respectful. He was very thorough and showed me the pictures he took and explained things. He’s a great addition to your company.

Cannot say enough about the experience we had recently with Brandon and Parker. They replaced the toilet and cleared the drains which was what we called in. After chatting with them they took a look at our water heaters and told us that our 2006 (yikes) water heater is basically a ticking time bomb. Quoted us on water heater replacements and gave us so much advice on other items that will eventually be an insurance claim. They even hooked us up with a water restoration company. We’ve used them in the past and had a great experience with JJ as well. This company will be our forever plumbers so long as we live at an address they can service. Class act employees and true professionals.

David was amazing! He made us a priority during an emergency situation. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a few options to decide on. He worked quickly to resolve our problem and was very professional. We will definitely be using this company again if a need arises. Thank you!!!

I have nothing but high praises for David Patchell!! He is the only person in this company that was courteous enough to take the time to explain and discuss this whole project... which is more than I can say for anyone else!! Beginning with the AI voice answering system, to people saying they would return calls and not calling back, not showing up at the time appointed, then people showing up when I had no idea anyone was scheduled to be here! This company has been very unprofessional!! I would only use this company in a dire emergency or as a last resort!!

Best experience with plumber/HVAC technician Ethan B. He was very nice and professional and performed great work as his previous visit. However, this time around, I had issues with their scheduling. I always received confirmations and notifications regarding my appointment, but they must’ve had issues with their appointment system. Unlike before, I never received updates, and since they didn’t show up for the scheduled appointment time (8 ~ 10 am) , I had to call them to inquire - I ended up calling them 3 times to finally get a good update and confirmation of their arrival time much later in the day (2~4 pm).
Anyways, I still recommend them, for quality of work and promptness. I’ll give them the benefit of doubt since they’ve previously had excellent track record.

We had a great experience with this plumbing company! Ethan, our technician, was fantastic, he arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and gave us clear, valuable information about the problem. He didn’t just fix it; he took the time to explain what happened and how to help prevent it in the future. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

We had a leaking exterior faucet and I wasn’t confident that I could replace it without it breaking inside the wall. Vicente came out and had it replaced in short order.

David Patchell of Strittmatter/Frymire came to put insulation on the pipes that Frymatter had installed last summer. He did a good quick job and gave friendly advise to avoid freezing pipes again.

Adrian O. did a great job installing additional return air flow for us. The job went quickly with no mess left at all.

Dave has been amazing for us! He is a fantastic guy, super thorough, came in time and delivered exactly what he said he would! I don’t call anyone else! I recommend them as often as I can! Joshua has also been great and is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. With Frymire/Strittmatter I’ve never felt pushed into anything and always have been impressed with their knowledge and consultative approach

Alejandro was very professional and courteous. He did all the work in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself. And he even replaced our air filters. Him and his little crew did an amazing job.

Their expert Plumber David was AMAZING! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helped me weigh all my options keeping my budget in mind. Even gave me a quick fix until the new water heater arrived! 10/10 would recommend!

Strittmatter is always on time and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! Jacob was so respectful of the house, the noise level, and made sure I knew what was going on, step by step. I cannot recommend them enough!

My air conditioner went out on a Sunday and I called the company first thing Sunday Morning and they sent Nick out to diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand it. He immediately sent out another person to go over our options with us the same day. Excellent service!
