Wow! Water coming in your house is tramatic. Servpro of Highland Village responded immediately and took care of everything quickly and thouroughly. They work hard to make sure your things are treated with care, that the water is removed, the moisture gone all while leaving the least amount of damage. I can't say enough nice things about them. If you ever have a need, you don't have time to figure out which place to call, you don't need to, this is the only place.

Hot water heater in attic broke while we were at dinner. Had minor water damage upstairs and downstairs. ServPro showed up same night and worked through the night to diagnose and put a remedy in place. Water removal is not inexpensive. I would consider ServPro worth the investment.

Carson, Ayman and Edward were amazing with moving our refrigerators today. It was such a task since they don't make doorways big enough for big refrigerators. They were persistent and figured it out. Would definitely use them again! The whole team was great with packing up our things and taking them to a storage while the damage from our floors gets taken care of. Would definitely use them again!

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They are not professional, lack business ethics. They will say they will be there morning, and change it to afternoon, evening and won't even show up, it happened multiple times. I don't even know if they have there own employee, for every job there were random worker who said they work for different company. And, there billing will some how match exactly what insurance provided with less the work. Save yourself headache and use other company if you are not time constrained.

Harrison helped us out during a move out and move in. Affordable prices and does great work! He cleaned our carpet for us and both locations look great! He was quick to respond when we were short on time!

Harrison was terrific. He was able to clean several stains in our upholstery after helpfully describing the limitations and issues of stain removal. He showed up on schedule and was very professional. We couldn’t be happier.
