Great and efficient service! About a week ago my refrigerator stop cooling. Elshan came the same day that I requested service. He was very professional. This is the second time we've used Elshan. Elshan professional and repair cost reasonable. Able to come the same day I called. I had a WHIRLPOOL DRYER, MODEL NO. LER7646EQ0 stop producing heat. I put a service request on the Angi app and Elshan with Ambulance Appliance contacted me promptly. We scheduled an appt for the next morning since I needed it fixed ASAP. He arrived at discussed time with parts and tools ready to go. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs with OEM Whirlpool parts, not cheap aftermarket ones. Throughout the visit, he carefully performed the work so as not to cause any other damages and explained the process in detail to me. Elshan was very professional and polite and clearly well experienced. The payment process was easy as we used Venmo. The price seemed a little high at first but considering the quality of service and expeditious delivery, I would say it was reasonable. Overall, Elshan provided excellent customer service with quality parts and good communication. I highly recommend and will use in the future.

Elshan’s fix for my water heater in our attic saved me from having to replace it. I called a guy over a day before and he said that it has to be replaced for $1800 do to malfunction. But I wanted to investigate before spending this much money. So I found Elshan’s phone number on google and after calling he was able to come in 45 minutes. His fix took no longer than 15 minutes and did not try to scam me like the other guy. Very experienced, and truthful guy.

Elshon has performed work for me in the past numerous times. Regarding the most recent service call, he corrected an issue with my ice maker that three prior certified technicians said could not be repaired. The ice maker on my four year old Kenmore elite unit is happily turning out ice cubes as it was built to do so.

Mr Teymurov was awesome! He came same day, had parts, and explained step by step what and why he was doing it. It turned out to cost less than a competitor as well. All around one of the better experiences with professional technicians I have encountered. We will definitely use his services again for any appliance repair needs.

I found this company through the usual Google search, but, BOY, was I pleasantly surprised and how prompt, friendly, and most importantly, how precise Elshan was. He is an engineer by training I believe, and he troubleshoots and persistently tinkers until he has found the right solution. Highly recommend these guys!

Elshan serviced my fridge/ice maker because it stopped making ice. Provided the best customer service. He did extra and cleaned the dust from the vents to ensure the performance of the fridge doesn't diminish. I recommend him for your service and will definitely use him again. Elshan was able to come same day to repair my chest freezer. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The part he replaced cost $10 on Amazon (verified) and he did it in 30 minutes. The cost was $200. I was very surprised at what I felt was too high a cost for such a straightforward repair, and my rating largely reflects that I don’t feel $350/hr is a fair price.

I called late even on a holiday weekend and Elshan was at my house within an hour and a half. He analyzed the problem with my dryer and fixed it within an hour. He showed me the cause of the problems and provided me with pictures. Elshan was very professional and I will definitely call him to install my dishwasher and stove soon!!!
