Great customer service. Dino Jimenez was great he took his time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable.

Our 19 year old 3 Ton AC went out 2 days ago. Called Dino at Climate Control Solutions after business hours and within minutes he responded. He came out the next day to assess the situation. Gave us our options on products he recommended and by this morning at 8:30, he and his crew were showing up and ready to work. They kept everything clean by covering the carpet. Very impressed with the service, the product and especially the honesty. Highly recommend this company and in less than 40 hours from initial phone contact we'll resume watching the Astros in cool comfort tonight.

This company is amazing! I called last night after my ac stopped working properly and Dino came out this morning. He was very thorough and patiently explained to my husband and I what our options were. After we decided to go ahead and replace our unit, they came out within a few hours and installed! We were very worried because we've been burned quite a few times but I'm glad we came across this business. The price was very reasonable and less than 24 hours later we have cold ac. Thank you guys!

Dino was absolutely incredible to work with! Condenser & coils needed replacing and he showed up the next day for inspection after our initial call. Installation was done within 2 days of inspection. Very polite, professional & didn’t try to push anything. Highly recommend!!

The people at Climate Control Solutions are fantastic. They responded promptly to my request, setting up an appointment and arriving, when they said they would. Once here, their troubleshooting abilities are second to none. They reviewed our system, explained how it worked, and let us know what to look for in the future, if it occurs again. That way, we are able to assist them with troubleshooting before they arrive. This will allowing them to get the parts they believe might be the issue and resolve the problem in one trip.
