Randy and his employees have alway done us a great job from rent house repairs to doing the plumbing for two new homes. They do what they say when they say they will do it!

We called A Plus this morning after shopping around and he gave us a price that beat the others. He came out in the afternoon and 2 hours later we were back in business. He was super kind and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Problem kitchen sink back up just terrible!

Randy safe us from Costello plumbing; who try to install new septic system just because they didn't believe we had a grease trap(I used Costello to only dump septic tank).
I called Randy early in the morning 8am telling him we were about to get a whole new septic tank n they are suppose to come at 10:30 that day😮‍💨(yes we almost believe them).
Randy called back in 7 to 10 mins n was shocked n unreal what was being told to me. He said," Ma'am you don't need a septic tank n you do have a separate grease trap that is connected to your kitchen sink. I was Relieve because everything else worked great except the kitchen sink.
We explain Costello plumbing n he just kept insisting we need a whole new system. I text Costello n stop them from coming at 8:30 am. N well he text me n try to scare me n so on. I blocked them because he wouldn't stop texting.

Randy explained everything over the phone n felt my stress n situation that was taking place while on the phone with him. He showed up that evening, even though he couldn't because he was booked until Friday but show up that same day. I cried not gonna lie! He made us feel at ease n told us this magic phrase," I stand by my work n will fix it"! N Randy did! He came back even though he was booked to make sure we had a working sink. His price was nothing compare to any other plumber. Honest guy, you don't really see that now a days. We have warranty on the new pipes(two clean outs) he put in.
We are an Army family n we can definitely add Randy to that list. His a one men show. So be patience with him if they don't answer there phone. It is hard to find good workers so he does it alone n does it well! Totally satisfied n will be using A-PLUS PLUMBING until they close for business. God bless him n give him strength n indurance where is needed. Amen
