Reviews of local pros in Hondo, Texas

Jason delivered our base and dirt. He was prompt and fast. Each one was delivered separately. Highly recommend.

Had high hopes for this place. Requested irrigation and sod, figured this place could handle that. They have a social media presence with many renderings of such. After paying 20k and weeks of hassle I still have sprinkler heads under grass and several zones leaking massive amounts of water under the grass.

Summit Landscape & Design has truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and expertise in creating top-notch sprinkler systems. From the moment I reached out to them, their customer service stood out as the best in the business. The team at Summit Landscape & Design is not only skilled in their craft but also genuinely committed to providing an outstanding experience for their customers.

The sprinkler system they designed and installed for my property is nothing short of impressive. The attention to detail and precision in their work showcase the level of expertise they bring to every project. The system works flawlessly and my lawn has never looked better!

What truly sets Summit Landscape & Design apart is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The team is responsive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that their clients are happy. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Jonathon and his team after the sale and each time, they've been prompt, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Summit Landscape & Design. Their professionalism, combined with their ability to deliver on their promises, has made them my go-to choice for any landscaping needs. I will never use anyone else!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Summit Landscape & Design to anyone seeking not only a great sprinkler system but also an exceptional customer service experience. They have earned my trust and endorsement, and I will undoubtedly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Summit came in and took over from another landscaper. What a difference! They fixed things and completed a new project. Perfect! They did an excellent job.

Chris & Dora Hanson—had residential irrigation install early this year by Bill B. Bill got us up and running. He has been very helpful with assisting with all follow up needs in reference to fine tuning and tweaking our system. He provides follow up with great customer service. Appreciate the help.

Had two walkways put in by Jonathan and his team. Professional and hardworking crew. I'll definitely use them again.

Summit Landscape has done a fantastic job for us for 2 years. Ben and his crew are outstanding. Thank you!!

Jonathan and his crew took care of a commercial project for us on the far west side. He was good at troubleshooting, communicating and performing the work. He did everything my team asked him to do.

Jonathan and his landscaping team did the demo to our existing yard in April 2024 and finished the new landscape install by first part of June 2024. I know it is now a year later - it still looks great! They switched out 3 yews with other salvias to be more viable on one side of the house. We do have in place the monthly landscaping maintenance, which makes the irrigation review, and weed and feed manageable. We love how responsive and hard-working the Summit Landscape teams are. We are able to call or text them with questions any time and they respond within 24 hours. I highly recommend Jonathan's team and Josiah's company, Summit Landscape, to anyone who is looking for a revamp of your entire yard to a low maintenance situation, especially in your retirement, like us.

Summit Landscape & Design was very helpful, flexible, a fairly priced. When the driver arrived he delivered my load in multiple locations as I requested and was very accommodating.

I used Summit Landscape & Design to clear brush. They did a meticulous job. Jason was great to work with and communicated on the status of the project as it progressed. Very happy with the job and the price. I will definitely use this company again for my future landscape projects.

Summit landscaping and design with Rudy and Anthony was amazing. It wasn’t just a beautiful job. It was a great experience. They were tidy kindly and most of all they created a space that was beautiful and inviting. Thanks for making our experience unforgettable.

Absolutely thrilled with the work from Summit Landscape and Design!

My brother’s house was handled by Johnathon and his team, and the results were outstanding. They were professional, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. The design was beautiful, the execution was flawless, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Our entire family was so happy with the transformation — it truly elevated the entire property. Highly recommend Summit for anyone looking for quality work and a team that genuinely cares.

Thank You

Design was awesome and the installers Bill and his crew absolutely amazing. They installed everything with care and took time to make sure everything worked and looked good. They even showed me how the timers worked and just made us feel the job was the most important thing. Really paid attention to the little details. AWESOME BUNCH OF GUYS.

Summit Landscape and Design is so incredibly lucky to have Jonathan Caskey. He lead the crew at the landscaping job for Rio Manor in Del Rio, TX. He was always busy and treated his team with respect and took there needs into consideration.
While still working from sun up to sun down to make sure the job was complete in time. Thank you Jonathan ! I appreciate you and the landscaping looks great!

Jonathon and crew did an amazing job! We had a really big project for our newly constructed home. It came out just like the plan we had received and envisioned. Summit is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for👍

Ann and I were extremely pleased with the design, installation and attention to detail Josh Dowling, Bill and Rudy provided during the raised-garden makeover. We changed over from irrigation water to rainwater for the plants. They also replaced two Mexican Sycamore trees and improved the landscape irrigation around the home.
Hats off to Josh, Bill and Rudy for “best in class service.”

Had a wonderful experience with Summit Landscape and Design from start to finish. Initially, I met with Josh who worked with me on achieving yard project that would fit our budget.
Next, Jonathan and his amazing crew worked hard to put the project in motion. This included removal of existing turf, installing sod and some landscape design with plants and a walkway. They were all so kind and professional and even removed some pesky wasps and their nests!! End result is wonderful!
Thank you!
Posting some pictures- unfortunately I don’t have some before pics- but it is a drastic improvement!!

Excellent work . Randy and his team are great to work with.

Great company, and great guy to work with! Super pleased, and I'll use again with any other plumbing issues that come up!!!

Randy and his employees have alway done us a great job from rent house repairs to doing the plumbing for two new homes. They do what they say when they say they will do it!
