The only reason I didn't check "on time" is because Mike and his crew were actually early! If you've been in El Paso any length of time, you know that's rare:). I can't say enough about how GRATEFUL I am for Mike. I've encountered a few angels that God sent my way since moving here and Mike is one of them. I have 2 units, one hadn't worked since I bought the house and the other one was in need of refrigerant. Well, the one needing refrigerant died over the weekend, and I had been told that I was going to have to replace both units. Mike stepped up, fixed both units and got me approved for financing for the repair. Now my home is cooler than it's ever been. My family and I are eternally grateful. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

I called one way and they sent a friendly technician he did some things and told me to do some things and if the house was not cooler in a day to call back.
There was improvement but not enough , so I called them back and they showed up and after a half hour he gave me his diagnosis and a price we agreed on the service and cost and the house is cool and the system is working well
There are times that you are not sure if you called the right people to fix things I am 100% sure I called the right company to repair my air system from the lady on the phone to the great technician that arrived at my house and had to deal with my over friendly dogs who nipped at his ankles as he walked thru my house if you need service on your heating and cooling give one way a call you will not be disappointed
