I needed someone to come out and fix my garbage disposal. I figured they would come the following week but the Man came that same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Today’s work was provided by Mr. Orlando Muñoz in which he did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!
He was cordial , listened to my concerns, very respectful and asked questions to be well informed of the problem.
The main line was cleared with no issues and he cleaned up after himself.
I will definitely continue to request Orlando if any other problems arise.

I called this Roto-Rooter location on a Saturday afternoon after I accidentally dropped a ring down the bathroom sink. I was expecting them to be too busy to be able to provide immediate service, but a technician arrived a little over an hour later. I explained the situation to the technician, named Victor, and explained that the ring held a very significant sentimental meaning for me. He was very compassionate, understood my concern, and was able to retrieve my ring from the drain. I’m very grateful for the speedy and compassionate service I received from this team at Roto-Rooter. This week was hectic with all the plumbing issues I was having but since the moment I called Roto Rooters they were there to help they made sure I received a same day appointment and it was within a hour of calling they sent out Juan and he came in and resolved all the issue I had. He was there with me the entire process and was amazing very kind and extremely helpful with explaining all the plumbing issues my house was having !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Juan!

I called because I have 2 drains that continually back up. Juan was awesome! He went above and beyond. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were running clear. He didn't leave any messes, and was very kind. If I need to call roto rooter again, I will specifically request Juan!

4/24/25 EDIT: Jesse came today to give us a courtesy checkup of our main line with the camera. Everything is still running clear (thank God!). Jesse was very kind and knowledgeable and he educated me on some things that I really appreciate. I always have tons of questions and he answered all of them. Again, worth every penny I paid for the emergency service we needed last week. Thank you, Jesse, and thank you Roto-Rooter!

Frank from Roto-Rooter was my saving grace tonight, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I just got home from being hospitalized after having emergency abdominal surgery. Every movement is painful, and I was extremely sick hugging the toilet. I flush and the toilet clogs despite there being no toilet paper in the bowl. Then, the most ominous and LOUD bubbling sounds start coming from all the drains in the bathroom. I walk my sickly self to the shower and pull back the curtain to discover my worst nightmare… raw sewage FILLING our handicap shower! I look to my right and the same is happening in the bathtub! Then, brown water starts leaking from the bottom of the toilet. It’s 8pm, I am sick and injured, my mom needs a diaper change and dinner, and I am being surrounded by poop sludge on all sides. It was the Poopocalypse, and all I could do was bawl my eyes out as I began to Google “24 hour emergency plumber” through my tears.

First of all, Roto-Rooter was the ONLY 24hr plumbing service who not only answered the phone but agreed to come and help. The one other company that answered said they couldn’t come until morning because they were fully booked. R-R answered my call right away and the kind receptionist said I’d be contacted shortly by the plumber (Frank). He called and told me upfront what the extra cost would be because of the hour (which is totally understandable and absolutely appreciated). After I agreed to the extra cost, Frank told me he was on his way—thank God! Within the hour, he was fixing my horribly clogged main line and saving me from this horror-show.

Not only was Frank the utmost professional, he was a complete gentleman. After he cleared the main line, he explained the problem and showed me how he fixed the issue. Just having major surgery, I told him I was scared to walk on the unsteady rocks where my main line is located. Without hesitation, he gave me his strong and steady arm to hold onto and escorted me to the area so I could see the job well done for myself. I know it may seem like a small gesture, but being the 24/7 sole caretaker of my mother and after going through what I’ve gone through this week, it really touched my heart to have someone so willing to help ME for once.

When it came time for payment, Frank and I had some laughs and he gave me some parting advice about my plumbing. Going from desperately ill and ankles-deep in the Poopocalypse, to sweet relief and laughter in a matter of 90 minutes… talk about a plot twist! I couldn’t have been in a more vulnerable position than I was tonight, and I needed someone to flat out save me—no questions asked, no excuses, no hassles—and Frank from Roto-Rooter was that savior.

Thank you, Frank, for coming to help me right away and for being such a breath of fresh air (literally!). And thank you, Roto-Rooter for answering the call. When you are as desperate for help as I was tonight, don't waste time calling these other plumbing companies. Make Roto-Rooter your first and only call, and they’ll have you back on track in no time. These guys deserve EVERY PENNY, and I couldn’t be more grateful!!!
