My Bosch dishwasher had a power problem, so I called Bosch customer service and they gave me the names of four companies in Houston that could do warranty service work. I set up my appointment with Factory Appliance Service, the technician called the morning of the appointment and arrived when he said he would. My technician, Joe, was clearly familiar with the Bosch products and was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. I would use them again.

First time I have used this company. Max came to fix my washing machine. He was great at alerting me when he would arrive was on time and completely friendly and professional. Thanks for great service! Will recommend you to friends!

I was referred to this service by my contractor. I highly recommend because they were able to identify my problem quickly and accurately and then took the action required to fix it. They went over and above to resolve my problem even when time ran late at the end of the day. Grateful.

The guys did an excellent job of diagnosing our ice maker problem. Just in case it could not be fixed, they brought a new replacement. Our machine took its last breath while the guys were here and they simply took out the old and installed the new. We are very happy.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Jaime fixed my AGA stove when two others couldn’t. He was diligent & tenacious getting the info he needed & got it fixed. Jaime and his team have worked on our appliances for several years now and have solved our issues in every instance in a very timely and satisfactory manner. Most recently our Thermador oven light was not working properly and Jaime tried several different things and finally got it working again. I am thrilled!

I’ve been using this company for over 15 years and have had no issues. They are straight to the point and will advise you when you’re wasting your money... seems fair if you ask me! Scheduling most times has been pretty quick, I guess it just depends on where in Houston you are. I like how this is a family owned company. I’d rather support small businesses than be jerked around by the larger ones. All the technicians who have come to my home, have been extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I will never trust anyone else for any of my appliances.

My gas oven quit working and my son-in-law recommended Factory Appliance Service, a family owned company. I contacted Jaime Sanchez, the owner, this morning. After hearing the issues he scheduled a same-day appointment. Jaime is friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. My oven is working perfectly and his company is now in my contacts list!

I had self-diagnosed a problem with our Hoshizaki ice machine as a broken drain pump. I called Factory Appliance Services so they could come out and repair or replace the pump. When the technician, Austin, showed up he found that the leaking was actually caused by a loose hose clamp and had nothing to do with the pump - it was in good shape. He quickly fixed the hose clamp, put the ice machine back under the counter, and started it up so that it would begin producing ice again. There are a lot of companies out there who would have milked this simple repair for everything they could get but we've found that the folks at Factory Appliance Service are honest and ethical. That's why they get my business and why you should consider using them for your appliance purchases, repair, and preventive maintenance.

I had an incredible service experience yesterday from MAX, the technician. He kept me updated by text about his arrival, and then arrived punctually. MAX evaluated the PO (power out) situation on my fridge and did several checks. MAX had my KitchenAid working again in a very short time. Throughout the visit MAX explained what had happened during a recent power outage and also explained how to handle this situation in the future. I felt so much better. I definitely would recommend MAX as an incredible professional.

I highly recommend them as Jesse Sanchez was immediately responsive to me when he didn’t even know us. I was given his name to repair our Speed Queen washing machine that was leaking water. Very unsettling however Jesse immediately responded back to me, asked what the problem was and felt he knew how to handle it and dispatched someone to our home the same day and had it fixed. All of this in about a 6 hour time frame. I highly recommend him and his company as Max was the attending technician who was also terrific. He couldn’t have been more professional. We would call them again and hope we of course do not have to for a long time, yet they are our repair people going forward.

Great work and fair pricing! I’ve had to have my dryer and my refrigerator repaired in the last few months and Factory Appliance Service has been great. Transparent. Courteous. Quality work! Jaime & Isaac are awesome and I will continue to use and recommend them!

Jaime has been servicing my appliances since I’ve been in my house. My SubZero refrigerator ice maker has given my nothing but headaches since I bought it 28 years ago. Jaime always comes in the save the day when something goes wrong.

Jaime Sanchez helped us troubleshoot a wine room refrigeration system that was incorrectly installed and not working. He was very knowledge, willing to take the time to explain the issue, and took initiative to talk to equipment manufacturer engineers to verify installation as a belt and suspenders approach to quality after he repaired the system. Even more so he was very responsive to messages, usually within minutes, and communicated openly about status (good or bad news) and always showed up when he said he would. His support team, primarily Austin, also very helpful and respectful. We will continue to utilize his services and strongly recommend him to others.

I went through a nightmare when trying to get my Bosch Dishwasher repaired with a ghost service company until I touched base with Factory Appliance Service. Lots of inventory, little customer attention

awful service!!, they put me on hold every time i call and then hang up on me like 4 times straight.

Website is very misleading or maybe they are just li__s. The claim that they service a wide area and they do not when you call.
