Paid the “diagnostic” fee for them to come out and properly diagnose what was wrong with my oven. Told them it was likely the igniter. They determined it was a switch that replacement part was discontinued for my model and I would have no choice but to buy a new oven if I couldn’t find the replacement part myself. After I received a 2nd opinion with a different company, it was in fact the igniter and did not have to purchase a replacement oven. Asked for a refund on the “diagnostic fee” since they did not properly diagnose…. But was denied. Just not good business. It’s clear they are not qualified to diagnose/fix DCS appliances
