They came showed up when they supposed to they called before they came and the charges was exactly what they quoted

Will use again. They’ve fixed two appliances for me now and both times were smooth and professional.

I used them when my gas stove didn’t stop clicking back in January 18, 2023. They sent a repairman out—I found out they basically subcontract the call out. The person who came to my house is DeeAnthony from D & M Appliance Repair. I paid $207.14, which is half of the estimated total or I was told he couldn’t hold my appointment. He came to my house 3 times. Each time late at night and spending 3-4 hours. It was a simple replacement call went out longer because of how poorly skilled the repairman was. I still remained patient with him. Until toward the end. Last time he came to my house, he said he had a long day and work at my place was not going smoothly. He was banging and making frustrating sounds. I finally has to tell him to go home and come back home refreshed. He made me uncomfortable. He also stayed in his car for 15-19mins instead of leaving. He wasn’t doing any computer inputs or making any calls in the car; just staying in the dark in the parked car. My husband finally decided to work out the next schedule with him because of my discomfort. My husband said DeeAnthony stopped responding and we already had a date for our next appointment. So at this point, I have a stove that’s still not working, out in middle of my kitchen and I’m out of $207.14. I will not recommend either companies. This entire process made me feel uncomfortable, unhappy with how unprofessional and unskilled the repairman was.
