Rudy was stellar! We had an issue with our dryer and contacted Same Day to get someone out and fix it. Rudy was prompt, courteous, and got the job done expertly and quickly! Really appreciated the job well done and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future if any other appliances need to get fixed.

I am truly amazed of how our technician Rudy was for our first request for service. I had the privilege to see great team of professionals from the answering service to the technicians explanation of the problem. I felt comfortable to ask questions to be shown what to look for. Above all I felt like I had options no pressure to commit just let me decide how I wanted to take care of my issue. He was very pleasant and courteous towards my situation. Excellent experience with Same Day Appliance Repair! The technician on-site was Kevin and he did a wonderful job. Kevin has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. My dryer repair was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Harriet is the customer service rep that handled my phone call initially and she was also great. All around a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Same Day Appliance Repair to anyone in need.

This company and its employees are awesome! They really care about what is wrong with your appliance and try and help you over the phone first. My dishwasher suddenly stopped working. I was encouraged to look at the circuit breaker first before they came out. That was the problem! Previously they made a service call to fix my microwave. The repair man was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Had a major problem with our washer. Transmission, clutch, and basket drive went out. Donovan came out and basically took our washer apart. The parts he needed were not in stock but as soon as they came in, he was there to install it. Upon further inspection, another worn part was discovered. He made his schedule work to come back on his already busy day, the next day, and reassemble our washer.

You may be asking yourself, "Why didn't you toss this washer and buy a new one"? Well this one we had purchased used because a new Maytag we had purchased a couple of years ago was junk. It would not clean the clothes so we sold it and bought this older machine that, when working properly, does a great job.

Thank you also to Vanessa and to Nellie as well. All very professional and helpful.

Our Kenmore dryer stopped working and as it turned out it was a switch.
Oswaldo came out and got us back up and running very quickly. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly.

Great service! We live in Richmond and our dryer wasn’t heating. Jay came to our house on a Saturday and repaired it within about 45 minutes. He was professional, clean cut and courteous. This is our second time using Same Day and they’ve been great every time.

They were great! Donovan was on time, and very friend and polite. He did a full inspection of our dishwasher and ordered the necessary parts. After doing some research on our machine, he was able to help us save hundreds of dollars. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Completely satisfied!!!

I can’t say enough about these guys. From the very first phone call to Caricia they were excellent. I could tell right away she knew exactly what she was talking about and that gave me enough confidence to call them out. I was not disappointed. Oswaldo came to our house and once again it was obvious he was competent and just as knowledgeable. They walked me through the warranty process with my manufacturer and ordered my compressor. As soon as it came in he installed and my refrigerator was up and running within an hour or so. We had ice this morning. Great company!

When I called on July 6, 2022, it was answered almost immediately. The representative was friendly and eager to assist with my issues. I appreciate her honesty and concerns. Response was immediate and the technician, Edgar was at my home to repair my refrigerator promptly next morning. He was very polite, friendly, cordial, and an expert in his field. There were no delays and he explained everything thoroughly what he was going to do. It was a very satisfactory and pleasant experience and fee was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use him again for any future appliance repairs. I highly recommend S.D.A.H. for any appliance repairs. Thank you for caring about our needs.

Checked my washer, and recommended to purchase a new unit since that washer board was very expensive, and my washer cost is about 300

He was friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Followed CDC guidelines & walked me through everything he was doing. He definitely knows what he’s doing & his confidence in himself and his work displays just that. My 30 plus year old washer quit working on a Saturday. Felix came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part on Monday and finished the repair on Tuesday. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and have had a good experience both times.

Great service. Called In the morning, technician came in the afternoon and fixed it. Both the customer services and the technician are friendly and professional. My washer is back to running again.

Refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling suddenly. We called Same Day and indeed our fridge was repaired that day Same Day Dispatch was very pleasant and kept me posted on arrival time of tech and even worked with LG (the manufacturer) to confirm remaining warranty term. Sam was the tech and he did a superb job while I was doing legal work via Zoom. I heartily recommend Same Day.

Super friendly people! Was in a pinch and they helped me troubleshoot over the phone! Was able to fix the issue and really appreciated their support and willingness to help.

Washing machine water lines/valves were clogged up with debris after freeze. Tech immediately assessed and fixed problem. Staff were nice and very responsive to our immediate need of repair.

They did an excellent job on fixing this little refrigerator i found at work… The beautiful lady at the front was also very responsive and professional and she also made sure that the refrigerator was up and running before I left……I would most definitely recommend checking with these folks on getting your appliances fixed. 10/10 A+

Absolutely excellent! I had previously had another company attempt to fix my double ovens and they ended up ghosting me in the end, leaving me without working ovens! The communication, courtesy, and timeliness of same day was so wonderful. 10/10 recommend
