Rudy was stellar! We had an issue with our dryer and contacted Same Day to get someone out and fix it. Rudy was prompt, courteous, and got the job done expertly and quickly! Really appreciated the job well done and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future if any other appliances need to get fixed.

I am truly amazed of how our technician Rudy was for our first request for service. I had the privilege to see great team of professionals from the answering service to the technicians explanation of the problem. I felt comfortable to ask questions to be shown what to look for. Above all I felt like I had options no pressure to commit just let me decide how I wanted to take care of my issue. He was very pleasant and courteous towards my situation. This was a great experience overall . Please refer and use their service you will not be disappointed. Thank you Rudy and your boss , truly superstars….

Excellent experience with Same Day Appliance Repair! The technician on-site was Kevin and he did a wonderful job. Kevin has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. My dryer repair was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Harriet is the customer service rep that handled my phone call initially and she was also great. All around a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Same Day Appliance Repair to anyone in need.
