Mr. Roman did an amazing work fixing my dryer from what the other Sears technicians broke. I greatly appreciate his patience and can do attitude. He explained everything he was doing without an attitude.10/31/2024

Alexander was on time and did a very professional check up on b both the washer and the dryer.

Louis did everything possible to repair my oven but due to parts unavailable he could not complete it so he said I would need to get a new oven. He was friendly, pleasant, courteous and on time

Michael was on time and handled an issue with my dishwasher and it works better now. Very professional and pleasant!!

Kevin was very friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable on Sears home warranty plans. He made me feel very confident in trusting Sears as being a great company that provides exceptional resources and services for the entire house. I have had bad experiences previously with purchased home warranty. It has been hard for me to trust any company after that. I hope and pray my relationship with Sears home warranty is a long one.

The ĤVAC technician did his job very well. That is why I gave him the high score. What made me angry is when answering question about why he was charging me an extra $140.00 he had an attitude after telling him I was not angry at him only the process. When he was finish he did not want to talk to me and ask for my husband to sign his paperwork and then asked my husband any questions like I was not in the room. SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT KNOWS HIS JOB.

HVAC and gave me some solutions to avoid future incidents . Very professional , helpful and on time .

When tech L'Teran arrived, he knew exactly what was wrong with my Samsung Refrigerator. It was leaking water in one of the vegetables drawers. He said it was the drain. He repaired it. I just checked again after almost 24 hours and no water. This was my second time trying to get it repaired. The first tech said, he didn't know where the water was coming from. Thank you L'Teran.

Vance was respectful of the home, much more knowledgeable than any of the technicians that were sent by my home warranty/insurance. He was able to explain the issue in Lehmans terms which was helpful

Mr Marco came into assess my dishwasher after 2 previous companies came by claiming that my unit couldn’t be repaired (Home Warranty) They took the service call fee and left!
Mr Marco came in and took his time to truly troubleshoot my dishwasher and ordered a part needed. Once the part was mailed to my home, Mr Marco came back thru and had my dishwasher running in less than 10 minutes!!!
It was good to finally have a seasoned, hard working technician to be honest with me and not mind doing the work needed to satisfy his customer! THANK YOU MARCO!!!

Marcos the service technician was very friendly and did a very good job on my
preventative maintenance on my 5 appliances. He explained the check-ups with us. He said everything was okay with my appliances. I would love to have him again for repair or maintenance on all 5 of my appliances. He did a good job and was very professional.

Very frustrated in the AI communication system when trying to connect with Sears and not being able to talk to someone in person. 2 Star

The flap where ice comes out was old and disintegrating… that’s all that needed repairing. The repair guy comes and beats on the plastic shoot with a metal-looking paddle and leaves gashes there… and also, suddenly the ice maker doesn’t produce ice. I’m disappointed.

Floyd was very nice and very knowledgeable. He educated me on how to solve a simple problem on my own with my refrigerator in the future if the need arises. He made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Alex was by far one of the most knowledgeable and experienced technicians that I have encountered. Thank you for accommodating my need for same day repairs on 2 different appliances .

Michael, from Sears Appliance Repair, came today to repair multiple problems with our refrigerator. He did an excellent job, and was very fast, but also thorough! Many thanks to Michael and Sears!

He waa very thorough and explained the issue to make sure I understood. He even made sure the problem was solved before leaving.
