The technician was very knowledgeable of taking care of the product. It did not take him long to determine the problem. Fixed it in no time and was able to go right to the next customer in a timely manner

Manny went over and above getting my freezer repaired. We have been dealing with this for the past two years. All the parts in the freezer were replaced and yet the freezer would still not maintain a constant temperature. Manny purchase a special tool and discovered the problem was the fan cooling the compressor was not working. He tried replacing the fan only to discover that the new fan was just a few millimeters larger that it should have been. Manny had to reengineer everything to get it to install properly. I have my fingers crossed that I will have nice cold freezer in a few hours time.

I love using Sears instead of my home warranty & I wish I had them as my home warranty but some of my current coverage they don’t offer. Yet for serious appliance issues i call them every time, regardless if it’s going to cost me more out of pocket. I have the peace of mind they’ll do the job correctly & not damage my things in the process
