Richard came out to service our 12 year old Scotsman ice machine and quickly determined after a thorough inspection, the cost of repair parts needed which allowed us to choose a new replacement unit instead. His detailed explanation of what was needed was greatly appreciated and we heartily recommend Seasonal Comfort and Richard for any similar work.

This company was excellent! I previously hired another company to clean my pellet ice machine and they said my machine was unable to be cleaned. They said I needed to purchase a new one, quite an expensive solution! The technician from Season Comfort came out and meticulously cleaned my machine and saved the expense of buying a new unit. He was very knowledgeable about the machine, very professional and kind. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend this company.

Top to bottom, beginning to end- Seasonal Comfort has thoroughly surpassed any expectations I had about appliance maintenance and repair. From the personal service of answering the phone (Ashley and Alice) to the in-depth descriptions of what is going to be done and how it will be done (our technician has consistently been Richard), this company has integrity, courtesy, character and technicians who are honest and work hard to make the reason why you called as painless and pleasant as possible. As an added bonus, I am always educated on how my appliances work and how to maintain their efficiency and also sometimes how to really *use* them to the best of their ability with all the capabilities some brands now afford. I trust knowing that when Seasonal Comfort arrives, I am in good hands from start to finish with real, honest experts. Highly recommend.
