My wife and I returned home from vacation and found a leaking water heater. I called Capital Disaster Solutions and spoke to John Mitchell, he had a crew out within 2 hours. They worked thru the night to remove all standing water. For the next 10 days John and his crews worked daily removing and drying the affected areas of our home. Capital Disaster Solutions crews did a fantastic job and was extremely professional throughout the process. John made sure I had everything I needed to for the insurance company. The documentation John provided was a tremendous help when negotiating the claim. I would recommend Capital Disaster Solutions without hesitation.

This company has the most unprofessional individuals working for them. My apartment complex has used this company twice since I’ve lived here. Leaving trash in my apartment, eating my food, heating food in my microwave making a mess and not cleaning it up, leaving my refrigerator unplugged, never turning lights off when they leave, leaving my door open or unlocked, taking my broom and not returning it. The first time they replaced the floors, they immediately started to lift. This list goes on and on. Just overall disrespectful and unprofessional employees and I hate that my apartment complex utilizes their services. I don’t know if there’s any oversight or quality control, but they need to do better.

We recently experienced a small electrical fire at a school where I was contracted to work in. Although the fire itself was quickly contained, it produced a significant amount of smoke that filled the hallway and left a heavy layer of dust from the fire extinguisher. I have used Lone Star Pro Services for all of my water damage needs in the past year. I never have to worry about mold or mildew creeping in when they are on the job. The technicians are always on time, professional, and they leave everything spotless when they are finished. I wouldn't choose any other company when it comes to my mold removal needs!

George is the best.. HONEST.. will not do what does not need to be done.
Hired him for a requested repair , after review , said it was best a HANDYMAN could do. I have referred him over the years..and always hear what a great job he as done for them . First met years ago.. and removed the smoke smell from the house.. cleaned the vents..amazing difference. Ended up selling the house and had multiple offers even in 2016.. No complaints of smoke smell. Previous owner had smoke there consistently for 13 years. Strongly encourage having your HVAC vents cleaned often. just can not sey enough. he ROCKS

I’ve uses Lone Star Pro Services 3 times in 3 years. Not a great track record for me as my house seems to spring a leak once a year. But George and his team do a great job of removing water and preventing future mold growth. They also do HVAC services now.

Great service. Tech showed up and gave me a very detailed description on the services he was going to provide. Finished at the promised time frame and did excellent job cleaning up after he was done. I will definately continue doing business with Lone Star Pro Services.
