Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning

In December I had Natures Own come out and clean my chimney. They shared that we needed to rebrick and repaint the inside of our fireplace. They also mentioned that we needed a new damper. We agreed to all of the repairs and they ordered the pieces needed. Their second visit to our home a few weeks later they rebricked but said they could not repaint yet and that the new damper was ordered incorrectly so they would install it when they came back to paint. On the third visit they came to paint and said they could not install the damper because it was raining so they would call and reschedule for installation. I never received a call so I called them and they scheduled me a few weeks out. Unfortunately for my next appointment it was raining as well so they cancelled and said they would reschedule. They did not call so I called again and rescheduled again for a few weeks out. Sadly the next time it was raining again so we went through the process of rescheduling again. The next time they came out they said got all the way on the roof and said they ordered the wrong part so they left and I rescheduled with them yet again because they never called after ordering the new part. The next time I rescheduled I spoke with someone at the office and she said she triple checked the damper was correct and that this time they would get it right but low and behold when they showed up this week in APRIL the part was still wrong. The guy left and a few days later I got a call from natures own to reschedule , I explained my history with them and the girl said “ok I’ll make a note of it in your account.” That’s it, no apology, no let me talk to the manager, no let’s try and make it right, no let’s install the part at our expense because we it’s completely our fault that your chimney is still not working properly after five months. Needless to say we will not use them again. Just thought I would share since there are so many positive reviews for this company.

From start to finish my experience with Nature's Own was superior! A few of my friends referred me and I'm so glad that they did. The service was affordable and very quick. The staff was friendly. I was so happy to find this type of natural pest control within my budget. Highly recommended!!!

When looking for a chimney cleaning company, we Googled it. We came across this company and based on the fabulous reviews I read, I selected them. John was awesome. He came in, no fuss, no muss. He did everything by the book (or at least what I would think was by the book) and removed a clump from the chimney that we later realized was a dead animal.
I am super stoked with this company and recommend to all of my friends.
