Jon Whitaker's the best. We've had a few people come and look at our roofing and tell us what to do without any pricing or scare tactics. Jon was a very genuine man. He was only one person who showed what he had found. The salesman told me that the roof was not damaged enough to warrant replacement. And that the damage spots did not need repair. What kind of salesman does this? Jon is a man of integrity. This company is excellent and Jon in particular. He will be honest and tell you what's needed. He doesn't just want to make money. He wants to help his customers. Give Jon a ring if anyone is uncertain about which company they should choose to handle their roofing needs.

We had a leak in our attic and they came out not just to fix it but also perform an inspection of the entire roof to make sure there weren't any other leaks. This winter, our 29-year old roof took a serious beating. We literally found shingles falling off our old roof every day.

We contacted eight vendors after compiling a short list of those we liked from Yelp.com, Google Reviews, and Nextdoor. All of the quotes we received used similar materials with similar warranties. Fabian's crew was very honest - they did not try to upsell, add unnecessary items, use obscure warranties, or push for gutters/downspouts replacements. Central roofing had a very competitive price and Fabian, the owner was very responsive.

We had a short timeline, and we asked several vendors to give us a two-to-three month lead time for replacing the roof. They warned that anyone who was willing to agree to it earlier, wasn't doing it right. Central roofing was however able to get permits with the city Burlingame a mere two weeks later and begin work right away. They completed the work in a timely manner and of a very high standard. We were updated daily on the progress. The city inspector passed their work the first time, without any follow-ups. The new roof is beautiful.

I had Cristian to my house to do some landscaping for me. He fixed the elevation around our new pool, he added rock to the areas I asked and he took out a small tree and hauled it off. He came out the same day I called and gave a quote an hour later. He showed up when he said he would and worked hard the whole day! Very polite and very professional.
