The crew was quick, courteous, and professional.
The initial cleanup of the old insulation was well done and the prep work before the new installation was very thorough.
They also allowed me time to extensively photograph the prepared attic before the installation of the new insulation so that I would have a good record of the location and routing of all the pipes, wires, and cables that would be covered up by the new insulation.
They left my home in good condition, there wasn't even any waste residue evident outside where their equipment had been in operation.

We wanted to supplement our 30+ yr old insulation and We weren’t quite sure where to begin. We found All Attic Insulation and they were honest and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. Super happy with the job, his team did, and look forward to seeing how our energy bills perform over the winter and next summer. The owner was knowledgeable. Excellent service from All Attic Insulation. After researching insulation companies in my area of Houston, I narrowed my search to Royal King, from All Attics. He, after a thorough survey, provided an estimate of replacement insulation that was competitive. More importantly to me, Royal’s estimate showed common sense and avoided some unnecessary work and that I viewed as an “upsell”. On the day of the work, Domingo (the son) arrived with his crew and worked hard to get the job completed. It was refreshing to see that the All Attics team included workmen who had been with the firm for years, much more of a family firm. They worked around some tricky spaces in my attic to clean out 40+ year old insulation and then put in new, blown-in, fiberglass. I would use them again.

There was no pressure or upselling - he actually recommended the more cost-effective insulation-only option after evaluating our attic.
His crew arrived earlier than scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and were careful with both their equipment and cleanup. They completed the job faster than expected, and everything was left spotless.

Had a great experience with All Attic Insulation, from the initial quote to the crew who did the work. The crew cleaned out 30 year old insulation, disinfected the attic and put in new insulation. They worked as a team, only stopped for a quick lunch break, left everything clean when they were done, and kept me informed of what they were doing...all for a fair price. I highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for any future work we may need.

Royal provided a detailed estimate of the work to be completed and made suggestions as to what improvements would give me the most energy efficiency for my buck. He took the time to explain his estimate completely, with no pressure sales. The estimate was completely fair and in line with other estimates for the same work. The insulation installation team was prompt, polite and explained the work to be done. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and the team cleaned up once the job was finished. I would recommend this crew to anybody.

It was time for new attic Installation. Royal from All Attic Installation come out and inspected my home's attic. He was very professional, he provided two option. 1. Adding on top of what was already there or 2. A complete removal, sanitizing and sealing any gaps. He did not try to push a sale on my husband and I. After quotes from other companies we selected option 2 from All Attic Installation (because of the age of our home 40 years old) We also purchased an attic door cover.

On the day of service, the crew arrived on time. Domingo and his crew got to work. They were very skillful at their job. Around 20+ bag of debris was removed from the attic. Clean-up was preformed as they worked. There was nothing left for my husband and I to do but enjoy the fruits of their labor.

The job was completed successfully. We were extremely pleased once the job was done. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for attic installation. I gave a 5* star rating because that’s what was deserved.

The bid was significantly under the other two bids, and the workmanship was excellent. Eddie and team will do almost anything to ensure the work is done right. With any big job there will always be a few issues, but I can safely say that Eddie addressed them all.

Absolute Recommendation! If you are looking for a one-stop full service construction company, look no further. Naturally, Luxz specializes in painting, but they do so much more. I was referred to Luxz Painting & Design by Elizabeth Cole Design. Current house needed to be touched up and modernized to be placed on the market while our new home needed remodeling to accommodate our downsized lifestyle. Both projects were done simultaneously. Eddie Torres takes great pride and care of his clients. He truly treated my money as if it were his own. He focused on my priorities to make sure we stayed the course and within budget. Was routinely updated by Eddie as both projects went along.

The old house (5,000sqft) needed updated paint and new carpet. Driveway, pool decking, and house needed power washing and wooden decking needed to be restained. And of course, two of our pipes burst during Houston’s historical winter freeze. No problem – Eddie and his team took care of it! He offered input and guidance to refresh ONLY what was needed for the house to be sold.

The new home (2,800sqft) needed new carpet, update the ensuite bathroom, closet shelving, and most important, outdoor living in a small backyard patio for two large dogs. Here are two impactful personal experiences – the carpet selected was no longer available so what did Eddie do…he upgraded the carpet at no additional charge. On one night, I dropped by the house after hours to check up on the progress, and I found Eddie in the backyard sweeping the deck after the landscaper’s went home. This was 7:30 at night. This is showing commitment to your work…complete ownership and accountability for the project.

I have never been so excited to write a review! I Had a very challenging paint job on my home with all the trim, crown molding, woodwork, and 20-foot ceilings that needed to be painted. The amount of time and hand painting detail was imperative as the walls are textured and faux painted - I found Eddie and Luxz Painting & Construction Services on the internet. After 4 other bids, I chose Eddie/Luxz. It was the BEST choice I could have made. It began with meeting invite emails to confirm EVERY meeting, painters arrival date, completion date, and final walk-through. WOW! First impression- professional and organized. I went to Lux's office, met Mary the assistant (who is awesome) and the work had begun. The painters were nice and professional. The prepping was immaculate. They treated my belongings with respect and neatly covered/taped the floors, and covered furniture. They were conscientious and focused on detail. They never left doors open and kept everything immaculately clean. Never was trash or any kind of work tools left n the house. It took 4 days. The job was completed on time and with no surprises or extra cost. They started at 9 and were gone by 5:15. The finished project... FABULOUS. Not 1 drop of paint or smudge anywhere (including all the faux painted walls.) I came home from work on the last day and everything was put back in order and it looked beautiful.
Alex, another employee was very helpful, polite, and detailed. He finished up the last doors and some carpentry and was a pure delight to work with.

After bad experiences with other construction and painting contractors, we were pleased with Luxz from the initial pitch to the final walkthrough. Eddie and Mary worked with us to clarify all aspects of the contract to include language detailing our expectations. Luxz repaired siding of our two-story 100+ year-old house, removed outdated cables from the exterior, reconstructed a pergola and did other fix-ups, and repainted the exterior using several base and trim colors. Clean up every day was pretty good, with equipment stashed out of our way at the end of each day. The paint crew, especially, asked questions to clarify details and kept us informed about their plans so we could notify neighbors when we needed access from their property. Importantly, the crews were respectful and responsive. We plan several other projects around the house and will consider LUXZ to be our first choice for them all.
