Can’t say enough good things about Mink Floors & Remodeling. Matt Mink took great care of us through the entire process. We had entire home floors removed (tile, wood and laminate) and had new engineered wood floors installed. Outstanding job. The floors look great. Mink also gutted the kitchen and master bath basically down to the Sheetrock/studs. Both rooms turned out perfect. The detailed cabinet work is superb. Matt listened to what we had in mind and made some great suggestions. The tile work in the bathroom was perfect. Overall we are completely satisfied. Matt was responsive with any issues that came up during the process and always made things right. We will definitely use Mink again. One last thing the one stop shop was great. Was so nice to get all the tradespeople from one source. Sheet rock, flooring, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting etc.

Our home had not been updated in nearly 15 years, so when we decided to remodel while having a toddler in the house, we needed renovations done right and on time. We are so happy we trusted Matt and Mink Floors & Remodeling.

The project was huge for us with a complete kitchen remodel, primary bathroom remodel, stonework for our fireplace, an updated front room, added barn door for our laundry room, and new paint and flooring throughout our first floor. We are wowed by the results!

From the beginning, Matt was with us all the way, providing guidance through what can be an overwhelming process. Matt personally helped us navigate our choices of cabinets, tile, countertops and flooring, giving us options and making sure we received the best products at the best price.

Then, as the remodel evolved, Mink Floors & Remodeling worked with us throughout the design process, creating a right-sized island for our cozy kitchen and recommending the best-fitting cabinets to achieve the open-room feel we had wanted for our kitchen since we moved in. When we had questions about design or light positioning, Matt and his teams walked us through the benefits and alerted us to potential drawbacks of our choices, so we could come to the best decisions.

Over the course of construction, we had some last-minute design changes, and Mink Floors & Remodeling made them all happen while keeping us on budget. Plumbers re-positioned piping to fit our kitchen island. We changed tile design on the wall of our primary bathroom as it was getting installed. We added painted shiplap to our front room during the final days of the project. All Mink Flooring & Remodeling teams -- from cabinetry to plumbing, flooring to tile, and electrical to painting – were able to pivot and provide a great attention to detail to make sure we were satisfied.

We are thankful to Matt and Mink Floors & Remodeling for making our renovation dreams a reality, creating a home where we can live comfortably with spaces we can entertain our friends and family in style. We will definitely go back to Mink Floors & Remodeling for our next home project.

I was lucky enough to come across Mink Construction after water damage was found behind my original kitchen cabinets. The original contractor had my kitchen ripped apart for 4 months and there was minimal progress. One phone call from Matt and he was at my house the next day. Within a week I had cabinets installed and the granite was in the process of being installed. Any issues were quickly resolved and the kitchen came out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about the finished result.

We have done kitchen and bathroom remodels in our last two homes with varied results. This time, we interviewed 5 different remodeling companies for a kitchen remodel at our new house. Matt with Mink Floors & Remodeling really stood out. He was very down to earth, easy to talk to, patient and responded quickly to the numerous questions we had prior to signing with him. During the remodel, Matt was regularly on site and stayed on top of any problems that he either found himself or we reported to him. Any issues we brought up he quickly fixed and never tried to nickel and dime us over minor changes. The existing kitchen was 16 years old and outdated. Amazing experience! Our bathroom was remodeled even better than we imagined it could be. Work started promptly, just days after the initial engagement. Competent, respectful workers demolished, rebuilt, and finished ahead of schedule making a beautiful shower! In the end, the project even came in slightly under budget. Highly recommended and will use again ourselves for our next remodel.

I am happy to share how thrilled we are with our recently completed kitchen remodel. To be honest, my only complaint is that my kitchen is now so pretty that I am hesitant to actually cook in it and mess it up!

During our initial consultation, we shared our budget with Matt and identified areas where we thought we would need to compromise. We originally expected to only modify our existing cabinets and keep our dated granite countertops. HRQ Plumbing did an excellent job clearing our blocked sewer line and then making a reasonable recommendation of how to fix it to prevent the line from backing up again. They were willing to discuss options with us of how to fix the problem and didn't pressure us to fix more than was necessary. All of the technicians and office staff are professional and polite. Frank is especially wonderful and one of the hardest workers I've met! Their prices are very reasonable compared to estimates we received from a big name competitor. We recommend HRQ Plumbing to all our friends!
