HMGC has now built TWO offices for me-- my 1750sf build-out lease 10 years ago, and now my own 8000sf building on my land with all planning and ground-up work! My office, Signature Eye Center, uses 5000sf, and we have 3000sf available lease space. The 2 story architectural design with cathedral ceilings is unmatched! Just look at the photos! The planning and designing phase was so much fun!! HMGC literally managed my project from the first design ideas to the dusting of the lamps after building. It was incredible to have it all in one company. I'm so thankful they weathered all the permitting, because that would have been a nightmare without their help. My land has TxDot and Texas New Mexico Power easements, and that was tricky to work with to say the least. They were open and honest throughout the process. Despite having the rainiest winter in years, they built my project on time and in budget! I trusted Mike Newhouse 100% to give me an office to be envied, and he absolutely surpassed my expectations. Mike made sure that my project was his baby-- He loves design, and his keen eye has made my office the most beautiful around. You just don't see medical facilities like this! My superintendent Luke Judd is sharp-- He was on top of every sub making sure I got quality work, on time. He truly loves his job, and he made sure I knew he put his whole heart into my project. His drone views of the construction start to finish are incredible to see! Now that it's all completed, it's absolutely amazing to see people walk through our front door each day with their jaws immediately dropped in awe of our GORGEOUS eye center! THANK YOU HMGC! If there's ever an office #3, you've more than earned my business. In the mean time, I'll continue to refer everyone I know!

My office turned out amazing....and the build was during the first covid shutdown! How they managed to complete the buildout on time I’ll never know. The office is beautiful and functional with compliments coming in every day. I am so happy with the result and look forward to many years in the space. The team Mike, Harold, Neil, and especially Sadaf are professional and quick to respond. I enjoyed working with everyone at the HM office. I would highly recommend them for your next build!

HM did a great job with my dental office in Baytown, TX. It was a renovation of a 70 year old office (from lead and asbestos to solar panels and batteries) to a true 21st century dental practice/lab.
I can't thank them enough for accommodating my budget during hard times in the pandemic when prices were all over the place and supplies were short when needed the most.
Again, thank you for a job well done.
By the way, this is the first and only business in the US to feature a Tesla roof (not panels, roof) and HM is the only contractor with the know how to pull that off. -
They do not pay their vendors and will not respond to emails, phone calls or text. Do not do work for them
-
Poorest communication I've ever dealt with out of a contractor. They still have not called back or addressed the warranted issues they promised
-
I highly recommend every contractor to stay AWAY from them. They do charge backs for no reason. If you get a contract with HM be sure you get the contract for the same amount you were agree. THIS COMPANY LIKES TO PLAY DIRTY.

They do not pay their bills. We completed a project for them at Limestone Hills Orthodontics / V Orthodontics back on Friday, April 8th 2022. The building has been fully completed and is up and running for business. It has now been over 7 months and we still have not received payment. Samuel Neal the Vice President of HM and Jennifer Polasek have not responded to any of our emails or calls. Pay your bills.

I got a small project done and paid them. Two months after the completion of the project, the subcontractor under them called my office that HM never paid them and they are going out of business. I am trying to contact HM but no one is picking up the phone. I paid HM for the work, now if they didn.t pay their subcontractors, it's not my problem. Maybe, they are actually going out of business and that's why no one is responding back.
