She had her crew to immediately come over the same day and began the process. She was very thorough and professional and very nice. We are very grateful for her help.

This company scams elderly people by applying for loans online in their names. They make up fake emails and e-sign the paperwork and the victim never knows and in massive amounts they upcharge the victims and purchase extra materials only so they can steal it back for the next projects. The number for their office doesn’t work. The owner calls himself the real estate king because he charges these people large amounts of money and then when they can’t pay it he steals their property from right under their noses by putting a lein on it! I’ve contacted the news and the mayor about this because they are ridiculously scamming and abusing elderly people out of things that they’ve worked so hard for! I do not recommend this company to anyone! They get an -F from me!

Unfortunately my experience with your company was not the best. I booked an inspection for 10am on 12/11, however, no one showed up. The team didn’t bother to communicate with me that no one will be coming. I called by 9:45am to confirm if the inspector will be here and I was told I’ll receive a call back, but no call or text or emails came.
I called twice on 12/10 to confirm if appointment will take place and I was told it will. Unfortunately on the day of, no one showed up.
Really not happy about this, as it was a waste of my time. I showed up at the inspection location looking stupid.

Really great company we enjoyed working with them. They were honest and affordable from beginning to end. Crew was very detailed and meticulous about the job they were doing on our home. I was very happy and impressed with how well everything was done. Did an amazing job cleaning up and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly.

This is a review on Smart Home Remodeling. The best thing about this company is their salespeople, period. I hired these people to get rid of bushes that overgrew my fence and ended up in my backyard. I also hired them to trim down hedges that were out of control. Yes, I had debris in my backyard, but that's why I hired them. The only thing I asked them to do is not touch my Grapevine and not touch several other things. As good as they felt in switching crews after the first day, they threw away my Grapevine, cut the wooden fence in the back (which they did replace the slat), there is still wisteria bushes growing through the fence, and the number of pots and things I had in my backyard that they broke is beyond bothersome. I would not recommend this company to an enemy. Yes, they claim they have the policy of “You don't pay until this job is done!”, But the amount of times they had to come back out and still didn't get it right was ridiculous.
I am almost 60 years old, and I got so frustrated I told the man don't bother sending them back I will just try and do it myself. I told him they threw out my Grapevine plant, they messed up the fence and they didn't put the things back where they got them from. Maybe they did not put the things back where they got them from because they changed crews after the first day. Needless to say, here I am at almost 60-year-old woman being a caregiver to a family member and now I must go in the backyard and be in the heat, to correct the mess they made.
I am beyond dissatisfied with this company. They did not remove the cost to replace my Grapevine, which they did not replace my Grapevine, they did not do the work properly, they did not put things back where they belong, and I'm very disappointed with my experience. It was not 100% bad but the amount of work that I must go behind them and do is ridiculous. So, if this company cold calls you or reaches out to you in any way, do your due diligence. I don't believe I will ever use them again. I would have to be in beyond dire straits to use them again.
