My company was called to Stratton development location for diagnostic and repair to their equipment ,they were instructed on repairs that needed to be done and they wanted to do this themselves. We were called out a second time for the same issue of engine overheating ( let me emphasize that they called us out there) and found that they did a terrible job of following instructions. Made an additional precautionary repair and cannot get engine to overheat again..(also customer lied and stated that machine was driven for 2.5 hours on site by us ) this is a lie...if it would have been driven for that extended period then they would have been billed additionally !!
Customer is stating that no diagnostics or repairs were made but wanted to make and offer for payment which is half of what is owed ...which was declined ( and mind you this is for work that wasn't done !!) I wish I could tell the power company what I think I owe them for work that was done.
A counter offer was made by my company and they declined it and stated fine you'll get nothing then .
