We needed a new outlet installed in our kitchen and had one that wasn't working at all in a bathroom. Blake from Colwell came out and sorted everything for us, installing a new outlet and discovering a loose wire on the faulty outlet in the bathroom.

Blake did a great job, was very personable, efficient, and thorough explaining the work done.

I really appreciate that Blake explained the available options before starting the work and that the price was reasonable.

I had a ceiling light that didn’t. I tried everything I knew how, then called Colwell’s. Jeremy fixed it and even showed me the problem and how to fix it as I have many ceiling lights in my house. I was pleased with the service.

Colwell Electric installed a standby generator for me this past summer. Although the installation was a complicated and multi-step process, it was handled extremely well by Tina and the staff at Colwell. Michael did a great job of evaluating my house to determine the appropriate size generator for my needs. Colwell subcontracted out the plumbing work, but I was especially pleased with the work done by the plumbers. I did have 2 concerns during the installation process, but Colwell resolved both of these issues quickly and to my satisfaction. In my opinion, that is the sign of a true 5-star company -- someone who resolves issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. Because the work was done during the hottest part of the summer without delay or complaint, I am pleased to award Colwell 5 stars for their work.

Jeremy and Matt came out and quickly found the roots of my issues - ungrounded wires in some locations due to the age of my home, and a failing breaker that was causing voltage fluctuations. Really appreciate their speed and attentiveness. I’ll definitely reach out to Colwell again for any electrical needs!

Kamran and Matthew from Colwell Electric were fantastic. They installed my Level 2 EV charger quickly and quietly, I barely noticed they were here and then the job was done. Both of them were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered a couple quick questions I had and made the whole process simple. Honestly, it was the easiest home upgrade I have had. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. I recently had a small electrical issue come up and Colwell Electric had Jeremy and Matthew out to my home in less than 24 hours. They handled everything quickly, resolved it on the spot, and the visit was every bit as friendly and professional as before. This kind of service creates lifelong customers. Jeremy was very thorough and knowledgeable in assessing my electrical situation and then getting right to completing it in a timely fashion.
He was on time, pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up when finished. He gave me a discount on the price but i still thought it was not very competitive. Regardless, I would hire him again.

Blake and 2other service guys worked neatly & diligently & returned to complete the generator installation even after a rain shower.

BTW-receptionists are helpful & courteous following through with our phone calls.

Centerpoint cut off power for scheduled maintenance and didn't turn it back on. Long story short, they told me I needed to replace my underground lines to get power back. I called Colwell off of a recommendation from another electrician and they came out immediately to get the fix in a few hours. I got 3 other quotes and Colwell was priced reasonably and they could work faster than Abacus or Mister Sparky. Jeremy and crew was respectful, communicated well, and did a quality job. Give these guys your business!

Colwell has corrected numerous install mistakes after a 3rd party installation of a Kohler generator. Larry & Daniel have now fixed the issues and the unit is operational. The unit never worked and has been in place for 1 year. Great job and they are a class act business.

Fantastic experience from initial consultation with Aaron and scheduling with Anna through installation by Jeremy and his crew. We had a level 2 EV charger installed, plus a replacement circuit breaker panel and other updates to bring our 35-year-old system up to modern standards and code. Extremely polite and patient; answered all our questions and provided information and options with zero upsell or expectations. I can't see us ever using a different company for future electrical work. Highly, highly recommended.

Blake is an exceptional electrician. He demonstrates professionalism and a keen eye for detail. With an approaching deadline, I required the work to be completed within 48 hours, and he delivered! He also ensured everything was left in pristine condition.

I can't say enough good things about Colwell Electric and the team led by Jeremy. They recently completed a massive project at my home, replacing my electrical panel, completely rewiring the entire house, installing outdoor lighting and a couple ceiling fans.

EV charger installation did an excellent job!!! Thank you Jeremy!!! Anything electrical warrants a call to mngr Mike Huffman. They discovered equipment needed and immediately found what I needed. Electrician Jeremy is also giving a quote for a project for my kids concerning basketball equipment associated with the goal.
