David (and Carlos) were super legit. Came in, assessed the parts of the system that allowed a power surge to fry our fridge, and gave three options without leaning on the most expensive. (All were reasonable.) Super polite, respectful, and prompt. By the next day, the entire job was done. Will call them if there’s ever an issue in the future. Thanks, guys!

I hesitated to make this review for 2 reasons: 1. I almost never never do, 2. I don’t want this company to grow exponentially and loose the amazingness of their service. Definite Electric and in particular Dave are the epitome of great service. You don’t get to see that often nowadays, specially in Houston. Dave was super reachable, responsive, accessible and fast!. He came to our property on the same day for one service. He is so polite, nice and professional. But most importantly he is so knowledgeable and skillful and will be able to solve any electrical problem you may have. I highly recommend this service

Had a blown circuit in my box during the day while I was at work. Dave, the owner, reached out while I was driving home and was able to replace the breaker that night once I got home. Entire process was seamless and took less than thirty minutes.

Dave and his crew came and installed a 220 outlet for a dryer in my new home. He sent me a quote, set up the date, and got the job done. Great work, great price, great guy. Would highly recommend!

I first meet David with Definite Electric back in July 2025. I needed replacement/upgrading of my electrical panels. Great to work, excellent installation, and very fair pricing.

But today, during my daughter's birthday party, we experienced a separate electrical issue, that would have ruined what was supposed to be a pool party. I immediately called David, on a Sunday. Within 1 hour, he was on-site to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Definite Electric saved the day and ensured this memory for my daughter.

We recently had a transfer switch installed, and Carlos was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Definitive Electric did outstanding work on multiple projects for me across the Houston area.
They installed a three-phase electrical panel and disconnect for a metal building in Waller County. The work was professional, completed on time, and exactly at the quoted price. They handled all permits and coordination with the city, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
They also replaced the electrical panel on a brick house in Houston, again handling all permits and completing the job professionally, on schedule, and on budget.
In Pasadena, they upgraded the electrical service to a home by digging up the old service to the house and installing a new electrical box. They also trenched and ran electrical service to a backyard building. Every part of the job was done efficiently, on budget, and with great attention to detail.

We used Dave for significant home electric upgrades: consolidated replaced all old panels with modern panels, replaced old wiring in multiple locations and added grounded outlets including the kitchen, installed surge protectors, etc. Team did a great job, quality work, very timely communication, got our power back on within a day. Dave took his time to get us comfortable with the scope - his team values doing the job the right way. Would definitely recommend!
