Lifesavers!! I really appreciate the great service at Elliott Electric today! I was unsuccessful in finding 3 replacement EATON breakers for my panel at home in the big box hardware stores (all 3 retailers in Houston), but "D" was able to find them in stock at the Westland location today! We now have heat & power is restored!! Thanks for being there while many other businesses are shut down due to the winter storm hitting our Houston area we will be sleeping warm tonight! Highly recommend this location!!

I placed orders using the Elliott Online Portal, and had backorders on certain items. I had to contact chat service and furthermore speak with a Representative via email to get my back order status handled. They ended up not being very helpful up until i was able to reach out to Ops Manager. I'd like to thank them for helping bring attention to my back orders as it was important we received all materials to service our customers needs. Thank you to Elliott Counter team for their resolution

They really don't value your time, but get 3 stars cause they're knowledgeable

1 hour to give me a cable order. That's when I remember why I don't like ordering here.

I really don't recommend this place, the loader are so fkgn rude and don't help loading the material in the truck.

Almost never have stock on hand. Always available the next day.

Worst place to buy, they took two hours to pull 2 items from the back, absolute worst.

Never come on Saturdays, I was waiting 3 hours to get the material I ordered

If I could give them 0 stars I would they are the absolute worst store to buy any material for they don't care about your time that you're wasting are spending sitting there for hours waiting to get your material I give them a 0 and I goes for all Elliot's they're all the same

not good service they gave wrong label wire and they wont return it war 1000 $> they did not refund or exchange' i told them i am not retailer i am end user.

Horrible customer service they just stare at you don't anknowledge you at all. No hi sir, how are you how can i help you, it'll be a minute ,nothing. See someone else complained about same individual even took a picture smh him alone bringing your reviews down

Trucks beware. The receiving in this place is a joke! 7a-noon recieving...arrived at 655a 11pcs...thats all I had was 11pcs and its taking forever. They have one person unloading and one guy that waits until the unloading done to check inventory..11pcs..and im still here.
