I needed a dedicated outlet added to my garage for a freezer. I found these guys close to us and called. They sent me a link to book an appointment. Luis showd up timely and professional. Gave me a quote in 5 minutes and 30 minutes later the job was complete. He did give me some recommendations for upgrades on my panel, but no hard sell. I’ll definitely use them in the future. His price was on the lower side of what I had estimated.

Harvest Electrical Solutions was absolutely outstanding! The owner was awesome from start to finish—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every part of the job in a way that actually made sense, walking us through what he was doing and why. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the issues… he also offered smart, cost-saving options without cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone that honest, thorough, and easy to work with in this industry. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

    This experience was extremely pleasant.
Aaron was able to diagnose my issue real fast and then get in fixed in under 45 minutes. He was super fast with the responsiveness and was able to come out within 24 hours of contacting him. I had a couple switches that were loose and without hesitation he knew exactly how to fix it and what was needed to do so. I'd definitely use him again in the future if I'm looking for someone professional and quick with the fixes. Great working with him!

A requested service call for no electric power to an air conditioner and a tripped circuit breaker, revealed arcing and heat damage to the power supply breaker panel and meter box.
Replacement with a 200 amp power supply panel with surge protection and new circuit breakers and meter box wiring connections and new copper grounding rod and ground wire with operation checks were accomplished.
Harvest Electrical Solutions arrived in a timely manner at 1030 am, and stayed on the job to 730 pm. Power was restored at 655 pm.
Luis and Aaron were very courteous and professional at our home.
The cost of the quoted was 30% less than the major electrical contractors in the Northwest Houston metro area.

Luis did an excellent job installing a new generator connection and reorganizing existing electrical components to make everything fit properly. He was very professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The installation was done quickly and cleanly, and the quality was top-notch. This was one of the best electrical service experiences we’ve had. I highly recommend Luis for any generator or electrical work. Does it with humility and excellent service.

Original Review on 10/6/2025 (customer response below):

For what it's worth, this is the first review I’ve ever written because I don't normally care enough to take time out of my day to do such a thing. I tried to resolve things directly with Luis with numerous communication attempts before posting, but unfortunately, it’s clear that loyal, quick-paying customers are disposable to Harvest Electrical Solutions these days.

I’ve used Harvest Electrical Solutions for four different projects this year and spent just over $3,000. When I first started working with Luis, he was responsive and dependable, but that appears to have changed. Each project took longer to schedule, communication dropped off, and the last job was left **unfinished**.

The last project included a few hours of panel work to rewire everything and add a ground bar, which resulted in all my breakers being jumbled up and mislabeled. Due to a more pressing emergency service call, he said he’d need to come back to relabel everything, which was no big deal to me at all. After scheduling a follow-up visit, he sent two guys out on June 6, who performed the panel coordination but left again after communicating that they'd need to create the labeling on a fresh panel and come back to finish once and for all. Since then, I’ve reached out to Luis six times with no response, which is unacceptable in the service industry. He mentioned multiple times at my house that he’s busy with bigger jobs, so I guess it’s clear now that smaller customers aren’t a priority anymore. The reason I'm leaving a review here is that I'm now paying another electrician to finish what Harvest Electrical Solutions started. There are too many electrical contractors in the Houston area to deal with something as small as this, so hopefully this review prevents at least one person from experiencing the same thing. Very unprofessional way to treat repeat customers.

EDIT TO INCLUDE RESPONSE - 10/7/2025:

I appreciate the response, but several of the statements made are inaccurate or misleading.

Panel labeling: I’m not sure why a panel rewire would be considered complete without clearly labeled breakers. That seems like a basic part of delivering a finished product.

Irrelevant details: Mentioning that the job was done while my family was at a rodeo doesn’t change anything about the quality or completeness of the work.

Phone call claim: I don’t recall a phone conversation. If customer service is truly important to Harvest, it’s worth noting that no one from their team has reached out to me since June 6th, over four months ago, to follow up or install the “magnetic panel schedule” that is allegedly waiting somewhere.

Poor follow-through: Saying they “didn’t find the time to deliver it” despite me reaching out 6 times is the definition of poor customer service.

Incorrect project count: Their reply states three jobs were completed. That’s false. I’ve had four separate paid projects completed by Harvest this year:

    1/18/2025 – GFCIs, gen interlock, grounding work – $1,340.76
    1/27/2025 – GFCI install in garage – $350.00
    3/8/2025 – AC Soft Start – $513.48
    3/11/2025 – Panel Rewire – $840.50

After months of silence, shifting explanations, and no effort to make things right, my experience speaks for itself.
